The golden urinal looks like a deeply flawed idea...

For part of my Music BTEC me and this other guy had to teach the AS students. It was surprisingly fun and quite amazing how much they listen to when they're not forced to be there Edit: AS students are typically 16-17 years old for non-British people

So they released some more gameplay footage at Leipzig complete with comical voice acting. The best bits seem to far outweigh that one "bad" point though

Wait, so Nicole Kidman's your dad?
-
Did you know... this is goddamn creeping me out

It's pretty interesting. Why do we play video games?

Sequels to games he didn't make *cough* Day of the Tentacle *cough*

ME AND MOLYNEUX: OUR RELATIONSHIP IMMORTALISED IN THE LATEST DEVELOP MAG
BooJaka replied to Salka's topic in Idle Banter
I had (have ) 2 Werebears, 2 smaller ones which aren't reversible, which kind of defeats the point of them, and 1 Terror Ted who were their sworn enemies. Yeah, I'm cool -
Ugh, I hate it when people don't count the Wii as "next gen", like everything it can do was available 10 years ago or something
-
So is it worth it? I need a game to play that isn't Wii Sports (and yes, I realise the irony of of replacing it with another sports game. albeit a tenuously linked one) but money is tight.

How about we just kill anyone under the age of 12? Surely that would be much more effective

What about female paedophiles? And also, I come from a little town near a place called Paulsgrove. Anyone remember that in the news a couple of years back?

Guitar Hero 3 not looking so bad all of a sudden
BooJaka replied to miffy495's topic in Video Gaming
Pfft I don't know. Rock Band just doesn't interest me like Guitar Hero 3 does. I very much doubt I'll have enough money or space for Rock Band anyway -
All those lines of emoticons line up nicely though. Nearly suspiciously so...
-
Wow! And that's not being offensive how exactly?
-
It's not a bad idea but I would imagine Microsoft are losing enough money trying to fix this problem in the first place to then go and have a redesign and, what would effectively be, a relaunch. Maybe they can just change the LED from green to red

All you people raving about Lego Star Wars (a game which has been on my "to play" list for a while) are in for a treat, I would imagine. That's right, Lego Indiana Jones! It doesn't roll off the tongue quite like the previous titles' uhh... titles but in a game about blocks, what's so bad about a blocky name? Now it's official though, I guess it was kind of predictable in a way
-
That's a joke though, right? Right?!?
-
Woah creepy. And also pretty embarrasing
-
Or Level 42...

Meh I don't know. I was never really too impressed with the first one. Always just seemed like if i pressed forward all the time I would eventually win I like the look of the jetski thing though. Looks a lot like Crash Bandicoot but that's no bad thing

I realise this is winding its way far off topic but the Gamecube controller is by far the most comfortable controller I've ever been on. It's big, curvy and very ergonomic. Everything is in the right place, especially the analog stick which is something I will never ever say to Playstation controllers. The first ones were alright but whoever designed the ones with the analog stick must've been both a freak and a moron.

A slow burner turning into a tsunami? Best.Quote.Ever

What what what? Why would people suddenly rush out to buy all the PS3s left on the shelves if "by the end of the month" they can get something much better for the same price?
-
Burnout 3 - I hate racing games but I love this one. Damage = points! Project Zero - Very atmospheric and creepy. I think it's called Fatal Frame elsewhere or something Rule of Rose - A little frustrating and hard to get hold of outside of France and Italy but worth it all the same
