The problem with these is that when someone asks them a question they don't have a good answer for, they then ask that question from some human and assume that's a good answer. And in other ways just copy what the humans say to it. So it's not really learning -- it's not dissecting the answers it gets and trying to understand them.

There's a bug that prevents some people, including me, from installing the DLC with the Troll, which is connected to another side quest, so now I need to wait for a patch before going further in the game because I want to do those quests... Hurray for DLCs.

Oh come on, the first Evil Dead is not gruelling! Maybe Raimi hadn't quite tuned his comedic sensibilities to the extent of the second movie, but there's some slapstick mixed with the horror.

And if you like those, you'd probably like his Anathem, though it's sci-fi. Even if you don't like the Baroque Cycle, you might like The Diamond Age, which is a terrific sci-fi book. Snow Crash is also good, though it has a damned weird plot. Lovely cyberpunk concepts from the early nineties. He predicted people walking around as huge cocks in virtual life games. And if you like all that, you might like Cryptonomicon, which is interesting but you need to understand cryptography to understand the book :x
