That comic is wrong. The latter situation applies when you do use punctuation rules with the Oxford comma, but the sentence in question does not have the comma before 'and'. If you don't use the Oxford comma, only the latter sentence is grammatically correct, but is (very slightly) ambiguous. It's not a problem, since you can parse the meaning using context (like you have to do with practically any sentence anyway).

Well, it's a bit hard to imagine how the next episode will go without everybody dying.

I just found out Breaking Bad has been renewed for a final season. This is both excellent and sad. It's not a series that needs to go forever, but it has been brilliant so far. After thinking about it, I would definitely choose this series over The Wire. Nothing I've seen has been able to maintain suspension so well and bring it back again and again.

I kinda like that dubstep remix, though maybe just because the original music is so wonderful. This may well turn out to be a good game, but I can't think of anything it shares with the original except the name. It's not even visually similar.

It's like they took a syringe and extracted the charm (which is what the game has going for it). Horrid 3D rendered animations with massive compression artifacts. Also, the Nico scene is shit. The original has one of the strongest intros in gaming history, this one starts with a whimper.
