I really liked it. The guitar music in the beginning was great. There were many pointless episodes before episode 18, but it seems the show has picked up again.

That's actually Westwood's nod to the original Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep, which had a fake police station that was not in the movie. Westwood actually had many little nods to the original book (e.g. kipple).
