That's not ancient Greece the way I remember it.

Agreed, esp. about PC gaming: iterations, not generations.

Back in the day, once was enough.

Sunshine... It's very well directed, very well shot, the sets are very well done, sound is used interestingly and the premise is excellent. However, the script is problematic throughout and gets into Matrix Reloaded-levels of stupidity near the end.

It's The Simpsons, season 18.

ME AND MOLYNEUX: OUR RELATIONSHIP IMMORTALISED IN THE LATEST DEVELOP MAG
brkl replied to Salka's topic in Idle Banter
The astounding plot twist: all through this episode/movie/life, Molyneux has in fact been a growth coming out of Yufster's hair-sprawled shoulder. TAN TAN TAAN! -
Ooo, I need to see that. Michel Gondy, Jack Black & Mos Def. It looks funny as hell.
-
No. But it's a bit better.

I've had one weak lucid dream. I remember I was on a big parking lot full of yellow sports cars. I don't like cars. So, for some reason I realize it's a dream, ponder that for about a second and wake up. It was years ago and I still remember it.

What? I agree that it could be better than say, a Shockwave-powered effort. But I don't agree Java could ever handle it.

Not even John Carmack could make Java run Quake 3 in a browser. No fucking way.
-
That's practically Quake 3 already.
-
Carmack doesn't have a tongue, it's a prosthetic.
-
elmuerte considers only people who can build a car blindfolded with their tongue good engineers.

Hitman is basically Myst where you can blow someone's head off. Hey, how did you do the wedding mission? I stopped playing there, I really didn't like the Mississippi missions. I have Silent Assassin for all missions up to that one.
-
I don't know if playing through a browser could work that well.
-
I can't imagine playing Q3 in a browser would be much fun. Wouldn't you most likely be smeared by people playing the real thing?

So many breasts! It looks very interesting and excellent. And Mirrormask was great, you fool.

Since what I read discussed Miyazaki and I wasn't aware of the Sci-Fi adaptation, I doubt it. Apparently she was at first told Miyazaki Sr. would direct and then that Jr. would direct, but Sr. would oversee the project and have a big influence. Apparently Sr. wasn't really involved. Anyway, it's a long time ago and I haven't even read the books.

LeGuin wasn't too happy about it.
-
I haven't played it since the erratic and insanely high difficulty level in the single player (or co-op in this case) turned me off. I'd be willing to try it online.

No, none of them use the 65nm processor yet.
