Jackson to direct Hobbit movie. Also sequal. Wait, what?

He'd be far too old anyway. -
I wonder if that reveal should've been the finale. I don't see how they could've accomplished what Duncan asks at all.

I think that some stories, like the last episodes of the previous season, blow up to a scale they cannot handle. Smaller stories work really well most of the time, but the epic stuff not so much.

3D Realms did nothing with Max Payne except fund it. Pretty much the same story for the Prey that was released.

If you haven't read Year One, how can you comment on how good an adaptation the film is?

Yeah, Billie Piper has been gone for over a year now. And which main actor, the one in the first new season with Billie Piper or David Tennant, the current Doctor? I think it's really great sometimes, sometimes it's not. They've got really good people doing puppets and stuff (the face of Bo) and I think Tennant is awesome in the role. Sometimes the plotlines really falter, though.

I said this in the other thread as well, but while the first season was based on the first book, the second season was not. This worried me, but the second season turned out to be completely awesome as well.

The second season of Dexter wasn't based on the second book, so I don't know if the third season will be either.

Only three more specials.

Ach, can't wait to see this. Fucking lazy criminals, torrent it already.

Mum & Dad & Lil' Brother liked their presents and I liked mine. Victory.

Oh god. If the toaster is made by the same company that made our Mickey Mouse toaster (which supposedly puts his face on the bread, but it's more like abstract art), it's fucking horrible. The whole casing gets hot as hell, and when the toast is ready it plays a really annoying and loud chime. I bet my flatmate loves to hear that when I come home from work at 5am.

Apparently they think they're still working on it.

Turns out the Wii is 13.5x more awesome than I ever suspected: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Jd3-eiid-Uw Watch all of it.

Why are you taking them so seriously?

Looking at that original footage, the motion capture simply destroys her acting. The scary face posted above doesn't look nearly as freaky in the original, even though her face is full of weird shit for the motion capture. -
After all these years, Duke's voice is just terrible, and since there've been no Evil Dead movies since the last game there's no more good material to steal from. It's simply bad. If I hadn't heard of the game before, I'd lose interest now. Thankfully, I've heard of the game before and so lost interest about five years ago.

No. No it would not. -

Actually, that expression works if she's about to grow fangs. -
Okay, what's the deal with co-op not being possible for some missions, like the Wesker missions? Okay, that one only has one character, but that doesn't make any difference in the gameplay. What about the missions which do have two characters, but only one playable? Stupid and annoying. The game isn't that much fun alone.

I ILLEGALLY DOWNLOADED the first episode of Brass Eye and it was absolutely brilliant. I just kept laughing.

That's not uncanny at all. -

Holy shit, if I'd known that, I'd stopped even visiting Gamespot years ago.
