I enjoy doing the stuff I did in the first two just as much in the 3D games (OK, maybe not quite but I'm not 12 anymore). However, the best moments I've had in a GTA game have come from just cruising around the world of San Andreas on the fastest motorcycle with DustFM playing. You couldn't do that in the old games.

I just finished watching the first season of Damages. It's a legal drama, which usually wouldn't interest me. It's a bit different. There's only one case through the series. It's like a prolonged miniseries, with each episode strictly connected to the plotline. Absolutely fantastic, deep characters that only slowly start to relieve themselves to the reader. The first episode doesn't reveal all that, so keep watching. The acting is superb, especially this guy: His name is Željko Ivanek, he was born in Slovenia and has a lovely Southern accent. :tup:

This guy is a professional. It looks stupid because it hasn't been rigged to look good, but for perfect acoustics. It's almost certainly not his living room either. That sculpture on his table is fugly though. I object to the waste of money on something like this but at least he isn't using it to have Thetans removed from his head or something.

I've seen Kiss Kiss Bang Bang at least four times. It's fantastic.

I'd be content with Obama vs. McCain as well. McCain is a Republican, but from his Daily Show interviews I can tell that he's human, he doesn't mind Stewart making fun of him, and seems to be an honest man. Maybe it'll come down to Clinton vs. Romney instead Oh, and regarding Clinton, maybe Thumbers aren't so eager to vote for someone who allied with Jack Thompson at one point.

Now that I'm actually paying for electricity, turning the computer off when I'm not using it seems far more sensible than it used to.

Ep2 was everything I could've hoped for. Just fantastic. Damn that last battle was hectic.
