I finally saw Howl's Moving Castle It was gorgeous, stunning, outstanding, mesmerizing, breathtaking, wonderous, charming, terrific, great, beyond good, fantastic, and just plain nice. So it's good. It's tied with Spirited Away for my favorite Ghibli film. Now I need to finally get my rapacious paws on the book. (I looked for it months ago but couldn't find it. Stinking book stores and their "translated" versions, I can read the original english version and refuse to read a translated one!)

Yep. That ad, all right.
-
It didn't even had the movie voice-over guy saying "Only One Man Can Stop The Horror". What kind of a movie is this?

I shall one day get "I am a booth babe" on my manly man chest (which is now 20 percent more manly).

I want to snuggle with 2HB, damnit! I can't afford this! Time to sell some blood.

Well I'm ridiculously late, but happy birthday!

Just you wait. I'll get another connection and register as Tito-Galito and make the switch when ever I please, then you'll be all like "is that Dingo or Tito-Galito" and you'll never know because I won't say. We'll be totally hardcore and extreme, myself as Dingo and my alter ego Tito-Galito, to the... to the max...

Sounds like you had a day full of adventure and excitement, Marek. Those prankers... tsk... tsk...

Your guesses and tries to reveal the name of my beloved Video game company are doomed to failure, Mr. Extremo. It has a "T" an "E" and an "O" in its name, but it is far too complex for any feeble human mind to comprehend. Bowahahahaha...! Seriously though, why is this thread in the review section?

My right thumb is currently going one-on-one with my left thumb in an all out Thumb Wrestling match and is losing. My left thumb is currently going one-on-one with my right thumb in an all out Thumb Wrestling match and is winning. My imaginary thumb is trying to manifest itself to the world.

How is this a review? Shenanigans, I call on thee! Shenanigans! Well, my favorite series is Zelda, my favorite mascot is Mario, my favorite designer is Miyamoto, I'm quite fond of Iwata, and my favorite Video game composer is Koji Kondo. But I shall never reveal the identity of my favorite developer!

Mr. Schafer, you're one of my many heroes. Happy Birthday! He'll see this, right? For some reason this image is low-res while the original is 640x480, odd.

That's so much better than the Coca-Cola adverts I see in my country. I am now at peace with my brother's WoW addiction.

Awesome! Now I have a new wallpaper.

Okay let's get the obvious out of the way: Psychonauts You probably have it on something, but still... Others that I don't see mentioned here: Virtua Fighter 4 or VF4 Evolution - Probably my favorite fighting game this generation (it beats Dreamcast's Soul Calibur). You can get either one (go with Evolution) for an extremely cheap prices these days. Jak & Daxter - Not the sequels (which are more like shooters than platform games), but the outstanding original. It was funny, pretty, and incredibly fun. I highly recommend it. Final Fantasy X - It's very good, and you can get it for cheap. (Beware of its redundant sequel.) Dark Cloud 2 - I never played it, but I wish I did. Kingdom Hearts - It's good, not very good, but good. And it's cheap! Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2 - A good game, and it's cheap now.

Another fine movie, my good man. I don't have an illustration for it.

I loved it. I even bookmarked it.

That was very helpful because I honestly thought it was the all purpose cleaner Ajax. I honestly did. Have fun. I doubt I'll start something like that though, I hardly get any time on the PC (damn that evil big brother of mine). I'm also not very bright.

This thread confuses and bewilders me.

Nintendo, just Nintendo. Simplicity is efficiency. Also: "SEGAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

Congratulations, Chris! *Gives Chris a congratulatory hug and a pat on the back* I'm actually gonna visit Shacknews regularly now, honest... honest...

That's one of my favorite movies, if not my favorite movie. Enjoy. This illustration was drawn by Vera Brosgol, by the way. I just really like it.

I also think Dobermann. I only watched ten minutes of it, and no sir, I didn't like it. I thought it's just a bunch of dumb tasteless violence and sex (so did everybody else, but many people like that sort of thing). My opinion has no reason to be in this thread, but I'm just saying...

Xbox never did anything for me. Looking at that list, the only game I was ever really interested in is Psychonauts and Microsoft didn't even care to keep it exclusive (their loss is the world's gain). I played Halo on PC (tee hee) and found it to be like any other shooter, I played KOTOR also on PC (tee hee) and nothing. Why should I even care about it? Because its slightly more powerful than the competition? That's one of the worse sales pitch I've heard in my life. I rather buy encyclopedias from an illiterate heroin addict over Microsoft trying to tell me stronger is better while their product isn't that stronger than the competition. Even if it was much stronger I doubt that I'll care I don't find it funny, I find it depressing. I'm gonna go hug my GameCube.

Thanks for accepting my sincere apology. After you watch any Naked Gun movie you have to humm the theme, otherwise the universe will lose its order. It's the law! (...Of physics.) And Hudson Hawk gets a bad reputation for no reason. I thought it was nice, nothing special but nice, and so many people say it's terrible. (Why people, why?) I can't say that I'm a big fan of Loaded Weapon, but I do love its tag line: "Oh my god! They have guns!"
