Lego. F*cking. Star Wars. Best co-op game for someone just getting into such things, and a whole lot of fun no matter what. Also, I had a decent time with The Warriors, but the camera and spray-paint can get annoying if you don't have inhuman command of all things analogue. Aside frm Crystal Chronicles, I can't really think of any RPGs either. Oh! and it's PC, but NOLF 2 had a co-op story mode option.

Tribes 2 was pretty fun for about a week, but it got old really fast. Darkstalkers I like, but it's not much more than just another 2d fighter. (albeit and excellently executed one)

I got the diamond pack not too long ago and enjoyed what I played, but then the Christmas vacation ended and I haven't picked it up since. I was about 14 hours in with so much ground left to cover. I should really try and finish that sometime.

Quite good. I got the rerelease not too long ago and had a lot of fun with it. Focus is on environmental puzzles instead of inventory stuff, so it's a really nice change from normal adventure games.

Well, another part of this decision is that I'm taking a course in the spring term, so I only have two weeks off before that begins. Maybe when I get two months off I'll get Oblivion and devote much time to it, but I need stuff that I'll be able to finish before the 15th.

I'm a bit concerned about MPH. It was going to be something that I picked up as soon as I had a working DS. Now that I do, it doesn't have the thumbstrap so I have no access to the means of control that made me like the demo so much. Does anyone have a recommendation on how to play it w/out, or know where to buy a separate thumbstrap? Otherwise I may never play this (reportedly awesome) game...

Yet also makes Far Cry infuriatingly hard in some areas. Not that I didn't struggle through them, but the struggle part is the key here. Sure, it felt great when I won, but the process wasn't really all that fun.

Well, exams ended this morning and today is payday, so it's decision time. I believe thanks to the advice here I'm going to get Dreamfall and Jade Empire. A large factor of this is that Jade Empire + Dreamfall = $60 whereas Oblivion = $60 all by itself. I'm still interested in Oblivion, but I don't know if I'm $60 interested. I'll probably grab it once the price drops/I can find a reasonably priced used copy. Thanks for the tips.

Hey, I really liked Metal Gear Acid... Still though, when I first saw the trailer for this game back in the day my first thought was "I KNEW I got this thing for a reason!"

It does seem like it kinda goes against how intuitive they're trying to make everything. I guess I'll need to play before I can judge, but it's still a bit odd to have the wii controller (*sigh* may as well accept it and adjust) a TWO part moving around thing.

yup. You can go into the wifi options in a game that you've already registered for wifi and transfer the whole thing over to another DS, or you can just create a profile on the lite. If you didn't already have a wifi profile, all I can think of transfering is your name and birthday, etc. That takes all of 5 seconds to enter and is mandatory before you can play anything anyway, so I'm puzzled as to what you may be transfering.
