I'm not sure, but it seems that all "download only" games that exists for PS3 and Vita seems to be be crossbuy? I can't think of any that aren't. I was wondering how good the Lego games would look on the Vita only to find out there are DS ports... Seriously? Such a shame. I can't wait for the Vanillaware games to come to Vita, they are going to look so PURDY! :3

I just got the "real" ending to 999....

Whoa, the story went from seeming ridiculously forced to ridiculously interesting!

Like I said before, it's almost comforting in a sad way to see adults or at least not children sexualized, unless that sorceress is 10 years old, I'm almost happy? It is a sequel to Princess Crown I presume and a Vanillaware game, so it will be a good game despite the breasts. What I'm trying to say is, no more "Loli" stuff, please, I know Japan can't even do a children's show without at least pantyshots. Seriously, Doreamon is like Japan's Sesame Street and you can see the female character's panties every few episodes or even worse, they do the old "OOPS! I stumble into the bathroom and saw you naked!" thing... she's 10. UUUUGGHHHH! I would rather have 1000 "maybe 16 or maybe adults" with giant breasts than another show or game perving over a 10 year old. STOP IT!

OK, I gotta say the pseudoscience is getting annoying and some of the puzzles are dumb... And Lotus dress bothers me... belly dancers only dress like this for works, I know because I have friends who practice it, so it makes no sense for here to be dress like unless it's to show off her boobs... But at the same time... I'm go glad to play a Japanese game perving over somebody of legal age, I guess that's kinda sad?

It's rather depressing to see that most companies from my childhood are gone, except for the Japanese ones... Is there any non-Japanese company from those days that is still "alive"? Oh... right... EA and Activision... now I'm really bummed out. :|

I don't know what to say... I don't like modern Lucasarts and that part of me is happy to see it gone, but that also means that the old Lucasarts is gone, which gave us some of the best games ever and that part of me is sad. I really hope Disney didn't kill off Lucasarts just to sell off the license to anyone willing to make a Star Wars game for a buck... We'll know soon enough if we get a Star Wars match 3 Facebook game? But what does this mean to all the games? Wasn't Ron Gilbert trying to get the rights to his game back? How does this work now if the company is dead?

I just got my copy in the mail, it's kinda strange to see how Sony's PSN+ is probably making a Nintendo game sales go up.

I played "Touch My Katamari" the Vita Katamari game and boy.. Namco made this game almost Zynga-ish... It only has ten levels and the grand finale was a letdown and you have to "pay" for the extra ten levels in a very Facebook fashion, you can either grind for the currency or buy them directly and obviously they made it tedious to grind for them. They even "penalize" you if you don't play daily. :| The good part? The King of the Cosmos face looks creeptacular and the voices and faces he makes when you perform bad or well are just perfect. Does anybody think it would be fun to be a Katamari level desinger? "Let's make that cat dance on a sumo wrestler!".

One final question, it's better to have a "blind" first playthrough for both games before trying to get all the endings, right?

That's what I was thinking, but I'm pretty sure kids would rather buy a toy shark and make that appear in the game than a simple card with a code in it... We could do that with Barcode Battler ages ago, kinda.

The pitch makes me think the game will be like a cross between SimLife and Aquanaut's Holiday. The "Creature Code Card" thing in the rewards sounds iffy... DLC-ish even?

To what? I'd get the theme stuck in my head with just Duck Tales!

Well, PSN+ has cloud saving for Vita, but only if you upload it manually I think? I'm still new to it so I don't know if it has that option, but thanks for the tip.

Well, I was lucky enough to find a copy on eBay for that price. HUZZAH!

According to this list I just found, there is a small chance of messing up? It doesn't look at professional, there are many "Don't knows" in it. I could swear the no dead ends only started with Monkey Island, maybe I'm thinking about no deaths?

Wasn't The Last Crusade made before Lucasarts had it's "adventure standards" and was a bit "Sierra-ish"? I do believe dead ends where possible in that game? I remember playing it pirated from a friend and with the walkthrough photocopied on my Amiga.

I actually did give FF 8 a chance, but I couldn't get over the fact that you have to extract magic before using it, being the wizard snob that I am, this was a major flaw for me.

It looks like I should be fine with the Vita version. A Let's player I know did a full 999 playthough, I'm debating whether I should watch to save my money or not. :|

It looks like this will be one of next month's PSN+ rewards... Which is awesome, but it seems 999 was never released in Europe and I won't find a copy in time. :| How essential is it to VLR? Will nothing make sense or will I just miss some interesting background info?

Well, I finally beat Final Fantasy IX... And I'm currently debating whether it tops FF 6 as my favorite FF game... I'm so glad I gave this game a second chance. Now the question is whether I should give Final Fantasy 8 a chance. :|
