The only toy store in my town doesn't have Amiibos, but has Disney Infinity and Skylander ones. I probably can't afford too many until Xmas is over, but I'm worried I might not get any of the ones I want, I just can't seem to find a Kirby one.
-
Of Orcs and Men is 5.99€ at Bundlestars. It's cheaper than on the Steam sale and I really want to play this after playing Styx.
-
Um.... my country finally has Kindle Unlimited, I'm pretty sure I'm going to stop my CrunchyRoll subscription and get this instead. Does anybody have it or recommends it?
-
Aw man, I forgot about that, I guess it's too late for he Square Enix Mystery item, right?
-
If anybody needs 210 gems, I still have them.
-
I wouldn't mind another auction, since the value of 1000 gems is 1€ I managed to get a bunch of games at least 80% of their value, but some ended up paying more than the actual of the game and I doubt they had enough cards to have 30.000 gems. Which means people payed about 400€ for the Xmas profile, which is scary.
-
I guess if they won't disappear you could use them for booster packs, but it's still just cheap to buy the cards.
-
It also looks like the cheapest booster pack is 400, for the more "popular" games, so you'll have enough for a booster pack, but I might have to get rid of some more stuff to get something.
-
I managed to get the Don Bluth games I didn't own on Steam. What are we supposed to do with left over gems? You can only sell them in lots of 1000, right?
-
I'm pretty sure there was a small thread about it, it's paper mache look is pretty interesting.
-
Oh man, I feel kinda bad now, I check the auctions I was bidding on and it was almost the last minute... I felt like I sniped the auctions. I manged to get: -Dominique Pamplemouse -AR-K -Cinemaware Anthology -Lilli: Child of Geos -Heroes Rise Trilogy -Disney Universe I might try to get a few more, some items are getting lower, others are staying pretty stable.
-
If I can't "pick up" people, I'll be very upset.
-
The 3DS eShop has Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked is only 12€ until tomorrow, does it have any of the story depth and socializing from the Persona series? Or it just a tough dungeon crawler? I get my SMT titles a bit mixed up. Anyway, this is probably the moment to get Steam auction items, they might get lower, but it's probably too risky to wait until the last bid.

Hatred: The Most Despicable Game of All Time?
Tanukitsune replied to Architecture's topic in Video Gaming
I don't even want to remember this, but didn't the original Postal game let you.... kill children? I'm not entirely sure, because I turn the game off the moment I thought it would happen and have kinda mentally blocked it. I really don't even want to think of it, but what little I've seen of Hatred and what little I remember from Postal 1, makes me think Hatred is just Postal 1 HD, only grosser. -
I'm pretty sure it depends on the game, most shorter games will drop all the cards in an hour or less, while longer ones take several hours. On very rare occasions you might beat the game and still have card drops remaining.
-
Wow, I could swear this wasn't there before? And neither the lowest bid ones.... Are people willing to bid on games with low bids just for Steam games or "free" games? To tell the truth I'm worried some on the one I'm bidding on will skyrocket. XP
-
Like I said before, if you can't get in the top 100 bids, forget about it. There is one bid where I'm the 80th or so and I keep dropping, I'll just cancel that big and but it in the rest of the auction I might actually win.
-
The ones I might win are probably less than 5€, but it will still be nice if I can get any of them. It's kinda hilarious to see the bid for even the most obscure "animu" game spike ridiculously, I was in the top 100 for a few, but I had to cancel on ALL of them because it was obvious I couldn't afford any.
-
Wasn't the point of this auction to make us get rid of our Steam inventory instead of just buying the gems?
-
Apparently Steam will just tell you if you're in the top 100 bidders, so you'll have an easier time knowing if it's worth it and cancel the bid if your max bid isn't in the top 100. I might actually win something?
-
I searched through all of them MANUALLY, I'll bid a bit on each and hope I get lucky, or to be more exact, I'm hoping the other bidders and bigger cheapskates than me. XP Edit: Wait, wait... I can bid the same amount of gems on every item? What happens if I win? I seem to have the same amount even after bidding. EDIT: EDIT: Never mind, my gem count is normal now. XP
-
I'm looking around and yeah, most auctions are too expensive and have too many bids. I might just stop searching and transform them into cards.
-
Oh, I didn't think about those, those I have a few I wouldn't mind disposing of. I could just convert them into booster cards now, right?
-
They only seem to have 100 of each on auction, so unless you're lucky and find something that doesn't have that many bids.... You could still lose at the last minute? Those that have over 1000 gems must be cheating, right? Is there any item even worth more than 4 gems?
-
I just beat Styx: Master of Shadows, I talk about it more in it's own thread, but it's a very enjoyable game despite some of it's flaws in story and gameplay. I enjoyed enough to want to get Of Orcs and Men.
