So purdy! Me wants! But according to the rumors, which appear to be true, all good Nintendo games are "bumped" to the PSPs release date... Yep, you heard it, it's not a coincidence that Nintendogs, Kirky Canvas Curse and Meteos among others will be released on 09/01...

Geez, how many "crappy" games have I defended? Just the two mentioned before... So I like to raid the budget bin, remember that old games are there too, when I bought this game I also bought Commander & Conquer Red Alert, Theme Hospital and Manhunt (I MUST KILL YOU NOW!)...

I do buy the good games too... I've got Half-Life 2, Pirates!, World of Warcraft... I usually wait for the rest of the good games to reach the budget range.... It's just that I'd rather also talk about games that nobody else does... And the popular games have already been talked about when I buy them... I played Pyschotoxic and thought it was pretty fun for a budget indie game, and was surprised to see that the critics hazed it, so I talked about it... Ditto for Nitro Family, which still has one of my favorite soundtracks IMHO... I guess coming in defense of games that get hazed only makes me look like I only buy crappy games... As for Jazz Jackrabbit 2, I've noticed some games only arrive a few years later when they reach the budget range, and some are realeased directly in the budget range...

This is only crappy budget game I have, the rest are mediocre, but never this bad.... Do you consider Pizza Tycoon or Jazz Jackrabbit 2 crappy? Some of these budget games were finalists in the Independant Games Festival, some were even in the top ten sellers in Spain! Yes, there are many crappy budget games, but budget =/= crappy... I usually make posts about "crappy" games, because I've played them and can't see why the hell they got such a horrid score, wouldn't you do the same if a game you liked got hazed by the critics?

I saw a Gremlin game collection today, and it said it was produced by some emulation site, and I'm wondering if this is legal? I've seen similar before on online UK game stores, but they were usually "Amiga Classics", "Speccy Classic" and so on, this is the first time I've seen a game company emulation collection... I'm not sure if it was the original PC versions or not, but since it said it was Mac and Linux compatible too I doubt it... This is kinda weird, a few years ago we had lots of these, cruder and made locally, but now that almost everybody that has a PC has an internet connection, they just get the games themselves... I'd be surprised if it is legal, and sad if isn't, downloading games fron the net and selling them in stores is even worse than downloading movie and selling them on the streets... Actually, I'm pretty sure the answer is no, but I'd be nice to heat someone else say it...

We're definetely not in it now, it's not even a copper one... I do consider the Amstrad era the Golden Era, becuase games cost a tenth of what the cost now, and they really weren't in it for the money back then... We didn't care about graphics back then, heck I wanted to switch to the "inferior" Speccy...

Here am I again to defend a game everybody thinks is the worst ever... YAY! All the reviews say its the WORST shooter of the year, and frankly I think they are all retarded... I've just beaten it and it's ten times more fun than let's say Doom 3, and the plot while not award winning is pretty decent for a shooter... Did any of these reviewers care to check how big the Nuclearvision team is? SEVEN people! SEVEN! (Not counting some external help with 3D graphics and web design) Do you expect such a small team to make a game as perfect as Half-Life 2? Apparently... yes.... It seems nowadays a decent game from a small company is a piece of , becuase they compare them to company that are huge and quite experienced... A decent game from a newcomer is expected, it's the mediocre games from "veterans" that deserve to be shunned! So they enemies are a bit dumb, I've seen much dumber enemies in some recent shooters, and buggy? Yes, but once again, it's a small company and they had a very small betatest group... (Tomb Raider AOD is even more buggy) It's the story of a girl with pyschic powers who can enter minds... Yes, I bought it becuase it reminded me of Pyschonauts, OK? You can find pyschic power ups that give you invisibility, pyschic shiled, slowing down time (yes, another game with bullet time) and healing yourself, unfortunately you don't need to use these much, but there is one mission that you can't beat with using your powers, it's a shame they didn't put more powers in the game in it... The dream levels are interesting, the bad guy has driven half the world crazy and pollutted their minds, so you'll find their minions while in other person's head. The first mind is FBI security guard, which is mind full of aliens in an alien world. The dream levels get better, like the Funny Bunny level, which unfortunately is too short, the rappin' flowers were pretty cool. Too bad the normal levels are quite normal... Some levels are quite exciting, with time limits and even a stealth level... I must admit the game had much more potential, if they had put more dream levels in it and put more powers in it, it would have been really great! If you are an elitist, you'll hate it, but it sure doesn't deserve such a horrible score... It's better than others games than have had rave reviews....

If it's the first level (the F.B.I. Building), then you're right, it was pretty lame start for a game, all I'm trying to says it's not THAT bad, and definetely not the worst out there... I don't want it to be praised, I don't want you to buy it or try it, but come on! Worst shooter of the year? I'm not here to say "OMG! This game r0><0rz! You gotta try it!", I'm here to say "Why on Earth is it doing so bad"... It may not be very innovative, it may pretty standard, it may have a few bugs in it and enemies with low AI, but it doesn't deserve to be called the worst ever... I can take you don't like it, I can understand it's mediocre, and some might even say not very good or even bad, but the reviewers say it's PAINFULLY awful!
