A Wario Ware like game... with rythm? Thank God I recently got the DK bongoes... Let's hope it's as easy as Donkey Konga too!

I've just realized that zany space shooters are just about my favorite kind of games! I have quite a few, but am I missing any? The most famous of these I guess is the Parodius saga with giant cabaret dancer, cat battleships and the zaniest bosses ever! Space Invader '95 is a the "Parodius" of the Space Invader Saga, were the classic Space Invaders lounge at beaches and wear.. bikinis... Then there is Twinbee, Keio Flying Squadron, Ordybe... I know I'm missing a few... So, does anybody know anymore that I may have forgotten or don't know of? Remember, if it has flying badgers in kilts chucking anvils and ninja hobo chickens in a level made of pastries and pasta, then I'll enjoy it!

How could I have forgotten Cho Aniki? Games don't get any zanier than that! Too bad none of the games got released here....

Looks more interesting that all the GTA games I've seen... I might actually play this when it comes out!

This is pretty old news you know....

I haven't had mine for much, but when I turned it on today.... I couldn't get it to work... A friend of mine just told that you just plug a power connector into the Megadrive / Genesis and another in the Mega CD... It didn't help, and I know the power connectors work... Someone else told me to put some audio connector cable, which I had, between the Megadrive and Mega CD and that didn't help either... Is there anyway to know if it's dead? I sure hope not, I just got some games for it!

I forgot to mention that the light of the Megadrive lights up, but no the Mega CD... If it was something else, I'd just buy another, but it just might be cheaper to get it repaired than to get another? Apart from cleaning it I can't think of anything else I could do...

I thought people were saying the OTHER consoles would suffer because the Wii is eaiser to program because it's not as powerful as the other consoles...

Ok... I just got me the DK Bongoes and the Konga games and I haven't enjoyed myself so much in ages, but.... The last musical game I played was Parrappa 2 and I sucked SOOO bad at it! Yet, I'm doing fairly well in Donkey Konga, I even got a "gold" medal or two... So the question is: Is Donkey Konga easier than other musical games or did I somehow get a sense of rhythm?

I actually got Donkey Konga 2 and Jungle Beat the day after I got the bongoes.... And Jugle Beat does seems awesome indeed! I knew Nintendo (or Namco to be precise) made it easier, they always make games eaiser so everyone can play them!

I might get that if the price ever goes down...

I.... Have an N-Gage... I already explained why I have one before, I used to have S60 Nokia which got stolen and the N-Gage was the cheapest S60 that would accept my backup data! The game for the system suck, but it's great for playing mobile games! I have a few adventure games for it and a plataformer or two... Mobile games will always be short, due to the limitations of the phones. It's always easier to make a phone game that will work on several phone than make games to match the requierements of each cell phone...

I found some old promo tapes with old Sega, Nintendo and Sony ads (in Spanish though) and I want to put them on YouTube so the world can see them, but... I have a very old PC TV card, and whenever I record more than 15 mintues, the audio and video aren't syncronized at all... Do I need better software or better hardware? Or both? Here's hoping that that time hasn't damaged the tapes!

Do you think they will care? It is in Spanish...

OK... For some strange reason it didn't accept the file before... But... I did it! Too bad it's in Spanish! But still!

More like a 5 part show... I've turned the orignal AVI file into 5 smaller ones which I will turn into Divx and then YouTube them, since I don't know how to split Divx files... The thing is, I have about 20 VHS with promo stuff from games, and the simple thought of doing this 20 times is... I could either get Director Account in YouTube (they want all my info ) or simply put them on Google Video... EDIT: Google Video doesn't accept Divx files.... I guess putting them in parts is my only option!

Ok... After all my work to reduce the file to decent size, YouTube say it's TOO long! Does Google Video allow longer files?

Oh well, I'll figure something out... Oddly enough, after adding the Divx and Xvid codecs and trying to use them, they crashed and somehow dissapeared?

Hmm, any tips for using this? I just recorded an old Sega an and it takes 26 Gigs and after trying to use VirtualDub it ended up being 24 Gigs!

Ah, that explains a lot, but DScaler only records TV, I don't think it can re-encode, so I'll need some new software for that?

I stopped caring about the Simpsons after a few seasons, I just hope Futurama and other decent series end decently instead of getting 100 seasons of dullness like the Simpsons do...

I tried Xvid, DivX and Huffyuv, they all crashed while recording, but the Cinepack Codec seems to have done the trick! Let's hope the old tape still work!

DScaler seems to able to record for a long time without a delay, but now I have to find a codec that compresses it better, 40 minutes ended up being 2Gigs...

Hmm, wouldn't people notice the pauses / skips between scenes?
