  1. Let's play Castle Crashers!

Have to? I beat the game all by myself! It's just more fun if you play with friends! :3
  2. Let's play Castle Crashers!

I'm pretty sure some weapons can only be used if you have a high enough level and if you are the one who found it? As for the animal orbs, this thread helped me find them all! People are still figuring out who unlocks what though, but it seems that almost every character unlock another when you beat the game with it? I'm going to have to grind a little to beat all the arena and then grind some more with new character until they can take the final boss... I'm using the Green Knight his poison is great against the beefy guys and... it kinda looks like he has fart powers!
  3. Let's play Castle Crashers!

Castle Crashers was made for co-op and as far as I know it does save your characters XP, but I don't know about the progress since I've yet to play with anyone... The only thing that bothers me is that your character don't share levels, which is a pain since you need to beat the game with most of the characters to unlock even more characters which unlock some even more! There's a certain character that appears near the end which I hope is playable, but nobody has figured out how to get yet...
  4. Let's play Castle Crashers!

It's like Double Dragon, only also an epic RPG, with an inventory, spells and tons of humor! X3
  5. I'm talking about the MAJOR SCREWUP! When you do something wrong and are forced to start from scratch... This happened to me while playing Dead Rising, I was practically at the end, but I didn't understand what Otis told me to do and lost too much time doing something I shouldn't... The problem is, the game only let's you have one save file, which should never happen in those games where can screw up, so I have to start from scratch! Fortunately, you get to restart at the same level you were when you quit? But seriously, when was the last time you play a game in which you screwed up so bad you had to restart? Now I'm too angry at the game to play any more right now, and I don't know what to play next, I only have Assassin's Creed, Bully and Lost Odyssey unbeaten on my 360...
  6. Oooh, once you get the Real Mega Buster and the mini chainsaws with the three books, things get REALLY FUN! Come to think of it, I don't think I could have even gotten the mini chainsaws if I didn't have the Real Mega Buster!
  7. Assassin's Creed

The Hitman series is on GameTap, so I'll eventually get to it when I get through my unbeaten physical games? Right now I'm just using to play old Sega games and the Grimm games!
  8. Assassin's Creed

That is strange, but like I said it's not as easy to kill from a distance without getting noticed in an era or bows and daggers. It did bother me when I actually tried to do it like that, I was on a ledge where nobody could see me and was targeting the victim, I threw a knife... and it didn't kill him completely... But the time limit kills the fun, you have to walk super slow when the eye is red making it hard to do it in time, or do it from the roofs, where it's sometimes hard to tell who is the target... Yes, but when they are shooting arrows at you and it's not a straight path up, it can be a bit difficult... XP Doesn't the game punish you more than with that? I've always wandered who starts to throw rocks at me when I try to climb some buildings!
  9. Assassin's Creed

I've never played Hitman, so I can't compare, so I don't see why so many complain about the game... Some people made me think it would be the new Superman 64! It would have been nice if you could simply through a knife at the main target from afar, but they are "big" targets, as in important, and they haven't invented sniper rifles yet, so when you do kill the target, people will notice the suspicious gay carrying a bunch of knives close to him, right? The most annoying part I found in the game was the informants, who force you go kill some guys without getting caught with a time limit, it's actually fun when you can simply get them with your knives, though... It's also mildly annoying when you're fleeing and you run up a wall just to find you can't reach the top... The madmen, beggars and drunks are annoying, but avoidable... It would be even better if you could get rid of them in a more pacifist way though...
  10. I've been playing Lost Odyssey and I've finally reached disc 4.... And guess what happened? The disc is damaged! YAY! By the time I get a replacement my vacation will be over! The game was new too! Dammit, it's seems I'm not having much luck gaming-wise lately.... I'm almost tempted to search for a used copy, but I doubt I could find it used anyway...
  11. Possibly the most frustrating thing ever?

I'll see if I can find the Spanish equivalent?
  12. Possibly the most frustrating thing ever?

I think my most logical option is to try to get a replacement... What sucks it that I was SOOO into the story, and by the time I get back to it, it won't be the same...
  13. Possibly the most frustrating thing ever?

Would that work? The other dvds work fine!
  14. Possibly the most frustrating thing ever?

I've put it it several times, and I've cleaned it even... It actually seems to be scratched even though it's new!
  15. That's why I intend to get the Mega Buster, sure I'll have to force the bad ending to get it, but in the next playthrough all the pychos will be a synch!
  16. Braid

    Here it is!
  17. Yes, but I don't have to get the good ending, right? I'll just drive through the tunnels until the bombs go off!
  18. Braid

Apparently there are a bunch of stars you can pick up for an alternative ending... I've actually seen this ending on Youtube... I like the original ending better...
  19. I've seen screentshots of the Wii version, it has MUCH less zombies and I think they removed the photography parts? When I do give it another go, I'll just try to get the real mega buster to make things simpler. What I really hate about the game is that you get an item that helps the survivors act brave and make them suck less close to the end of the game... I think I'll give Lost Odyssey a go?
  20. penny archade becomes bogey golf!

Didn't they make a joke this in one of their podcasts?
  21. I'd hate to admit it, but the first Sonic game I ever played was Sonic Adventure, and I've yet to give any of the older games a "real" go... But now with my Sonic collections and GameTap, I have access to all the pre-Dreamcast Sonic games (except Sonic Jam, and the Sega Pico stuff and other oddities) and I was wondering if there are any I should avoid? Are the Game Gear games worth it? Is Sonic 3D that bad?
  22. American Mc Gee's Grimm

The "finale" of the last episode is actually pretty fun!
  23. Which old Sonic games should I avoid?

Well, I was playing with Sonic & Tails and yeah, he kept getting hit by bombs, but he also picked up some of the rings I missed!
  24. American Mc Gee's Grimm

I've used GameTap before and it only fails to download occasionally, and when it does fail I just close and reopen GameTap it seems to be better then just telling it to retry the download.
  25. Which old Sonic games should I avoid?

I found them much easier than the Sonic 2 ones! In the finals level you can't miss a single ring if you want to win!
