Wow, I've had terrible luck with the games I've played lately, almost every RPG I've played lately was decent enough, but had the most pathetic magic users in them... They either had summons that could easily be defeated by the weakest enemy or boring and infective spells! I really need to play a game with a wizard/magic user that is FUN to play now... I know, I know, you're all going to point me Magicka, but there has to be more than that, right? I remember loving playing as a wizard in Neverwinter Nights, it looked like even the weirdest spell has some use if you knew when to use it, also, throwing a fireball into an army of zombies is just.... beautiful! :\ Trine had an awesome wizard in it too! You can call me crazy, but I liked being a magic user in Risen, you had to work so hard to learn magic that every fireball felt like a small triumph!

I just beat Ghost Pirates of VooJu Island and... WOW! They certainly put a lot less effort in this game than they did in A Vampyre's Tale! The female character is JIGGLY! I don't want jiggliness in my adventure games... Unless it's LSL one! But seriously, this game doesn't have half the charm or humor the previous game from Autumn Moon did.

They were kinda forgettable or so bad you had to mentally block them, depending on your tolerance. I've played LSL7 a few times, but I don't think I ever bothered with the scratch N' sniff thing, maybe the first time? Frankly, I don't think they want to make or even distribute games with such sexual content anymore, even Japan seems to be afraid of "naughty" games.

Really? I heard that game wasn't that good, then again, they say Risen is terrible and I enjoyed only because the wizard was fun.

Don't you remember the recent LSL games? They were made without Al Lowe and quite dreadful... in an amusing way? Either way, it's a bit unlikely they'll let that license go, haven't you notice that you can get all the other Sierra adventures as digital downloads EXCEPT LSL? That doesn't bode well...

Oooh! I kinda stayed away from any Diablo 3 thread, my PC couldn't handle it back when the forum started talking about it... I'm kinda disappointed, I expected the wizard to look like this: They don't even have wizard hats with "WIZZARD" in glittery letters on them!

What game are these guys from?

While I agree Rincewind is the most amazing wizard in the world, he can barely open a lock with his "powers" and has to resort to cunning and cowardice, I'm talking about about actual spell casters!

Actually, I was going to create a thread about games with wizards that are fun to play as! I'm going to cry if I play another game with a bad wizard in it! I think WoW counts as a good wizard game that you HAVE TO quit, it's laced with crack, but eventually you will leave it or end up as a skeleton in front of your PC!

It's from the same people who made the Persona series, which is half RPG, half school sim/date sim, they always seems to make strange combinations that somehow work, I have high hopes for Catherine!

Damn, I think I've become a "wizard snob" in games... I started playing Drakensang and made it through the first chapter and everything! The game is rough, but has a lot of charm. The leveling system is rather unique too, but... Magic users are just not fun! After barely making it to the city with the lame thunderbolt spell and dashed to the first place I could find that should magical skills, and that's when I found out that they ALL SUCK! 90% of them are stats boosters, I only have ONE attack spell and ONE stun spell? Are you kidding me? It really saddens me, because I'm sure this game is actually good, I just have to play as a magic user or not at all... WIIIZZZZZAAAARD!

In insane moon logic ratings? 7.5/10 In sane ratings?4.5/10 It's not terrible, it's just that's it's not good enough for an RPG, the longer the time I'm going to spend with the game, the more strict I am with it.

I guess nobody is surprised that I quit Two Worlds, although I did manage to play it for a few hours before realizing it wasn't worth my time.

I just beat Lost Horizon and I rather enjoyed it, it was rather simple since each chapter has a limited amount of things to interact with, so even if you do get stuck you don't have to do barely any combining at random. The ending part did get pretty complex though, I can't say why without spoiling it, it has been done before, though... And of course, since it's an adventure game it has to have at least one Lucasarts reference and instead of a Monkey Island clone it's more of a Indiana Jones clone, in a find artifact, defeat Nazis way?

The worst bugs I get in Telltale games are missing lines, yet many GOTY games have game breaking bugs in them, by today's unfortunately low standards, TT games are pretty polished bug-wise.

The serial numbers says it's Seagate Ultra Sata, but the connectors are so foreign to me! Why are they under it and not on the front? It was in my box of old drives so it must be mine, but I don't remember it...

The bank robbery was my favorite part of the game actually, it was pretty hard, but it was also the only mission that felt right. It was the only mission that made it feel like a crime game and not an action game with thugs in it!

I forced myself through FF7, the Spanish edition made things worse with it's terrible translation and at the end I almost thought I hated JRPGs, but I now know I just hate the overly annoying emo characters!

Will they bring back Cedric? "Look out, Graham! A POOOOISONOOOUS SNAKE!"

It's still unconfirmed, but I think they mention a reboot? I never beat the Mask of Eternity, now that I think of it...

What is this Hector game? Google says it's an existing iPhone game that's not from TellTale... Are they going to simply take this game and make it 3D? Or do they just own the rights to the sequels?

Do we have any dates on any of these games? I can imagine Telltale managing two "seasons" a year with relative ease, maybe they could even do a third if they've grown enough?

Who owns the rights? The Two Guys From Andromeda? I can imagine death in a TellTale games, but hardfails? No modern gamer would, or should, have to accept the fact that he has to restart the game from scratch for making a mistake. Aren't hard fails a thing of the past anyway? I don't think anybody would do that now, except an hardcore indie game?
