  1. Psychonauts 2

I... I still haven't received the physical copy of Broken Age... I might fund for the digital copy? Except I don't even know if it will be worth 39$.

I have a few adventure games I played lately: Mechanika: A short adventure about a seven year old girl who wants to take over the world, I really liked it but.. the game has a lot of sexual content that's kinda disturbing for such a young protagonist.... Like a woman of negotiable affection.... cooling off her goods. DISTRAINT: It's a 2D game a bit like Silent Hill and Lone Survivor, but will not action, just advancing the story about someone who has to kick people of out their houses and is feeling guilty about it. Lost Chronicles of Zerzura: I got this on the sale on a whim because it was super cheap and I had never heard of it, it's about an inventor in the Spanish Inquisition era who wants to build a flying machine without being burned to the stake and has a brother obsessed with Egypt, when the Inquisition does come, they take your brother instead, so you must rescue him and find out why they took him. Mata Hari: I remember someone here hating and yeah, it's kinda bland, you spend all the game going from city to city talking to only a few people again and again. Frankly, if you take the dancing mini game out of this, you wouldn't even know this is a Mata Hari game. Memento Mori: A story about an Interpol agent specially in art forgery and an ex-forgery sellers work together on the mystery behind a missing painting, it's a bit like Broken Sword, but not as good. I still like it a lot, despite it getting a bit silly near the end.

Today's eShop deals are Kirby and the Rainbow Curse and Kirby Triple Deluxe 30%, Game & Wario and Code Name S.T.E.A.M. 40% off. I already own Kirby Triple Deluxe and Game & Wario and while the Wario game doesn't have that many minigames, I liked them. Isn't Kirby and the Rainbow more or less like that DS stylus game? Codename S.T.E.A.M. looks like Valkyria Chronicles a bit?

Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze is 40% off at the EU eShop, how is it compared the first one? Harder or easier?

I actually checked nearly the entire Steam shop (I stopped when all the games had negative reviews) and I'm kinda upset, when did Star Trek 25 Anniversary hit Steam? Where did all these adventure games I've never heard of come from? How did all these great looking and hopefully hidden games remain hidden? I got a few obscure adventure games but not much else.

I just woke up and notice that the EU PSN AND eShop have Black Friday sales of sorts? Nintendo has two 3DS an WiiU tittles on sale each day at 40%, like Super Mario 3D Land and Wonderful101 while Sony... The only game I saw that I wanted was cheaper on Steam.

I watched Markiplier play the Evil Within DLC and it was... OK? A part of me is almost upset at all the visual novels on sale, my backlog is nothing but VNs and as much as I love them, I do feel like playing something different, but my WISHLIST is also mostly 90% VNs and the rest are adventure games and probably awful RPG Maker games. I am slowly turning into Dr. Alphys...

Hmm, I wonder if this just some ploy to get GGers to buy an overpriced import booby game? I rarely import anymore because it's so expensive. I can imagine GGers buying the game just annoy some "SJWs" that don't give a damn. "Hey GG! The SJW are BOYCOTTING US! Show us how wrong they are by spending 200$ on this dumb booby game!" The thing is, if the outrage was faked, GG won't care, everything they believe in isn't real, so even if PlayAsia openly admits the SJW didn't give a damn about the game, GG will still think it's a victory somehow. Most of what I'm reading from "SJW" is one or two saying "What? We're sex positive! We don't care!" and the rest talking about things that are more important, so yeah. I'm pretty sure it's manufactured outrage.

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who ignores sales unless they are at least 75% off or more, but I don't know my Pillars of Eternity is tempting me, and Dreamfall Chapters seems to refuse to drop further than 50%. Can anybody vouch for The Evil Within? I'm so very afraid of AAA games with their "sloginess".

This is just a hunch, but I'm pretty sure I'm right about this. The European Playstation Blog usually posts the weekly discounts on this day of the week, but today there was nothing. I can't help but to to think we're going to get a Black Friday Sale. If only the EU eShop had a Black Friday sale.

I don't really know how to post tweets here, but it looks like PlayAsia is benefiting from this? They almost doubled their followers since this started and are tweeting smugly "Best Boycott Ever"?

It looks like Tecmo Koei is just losing confidence in it's non-license titles, which makes sense if it's true that most sales of this year are from Hyrule Warriors and the Dragon Quest Heroes game.
  13. Comics Extravaganza - Pow Bang Smash!

I really have to ask this, but what on Earth is this whole "Last Days of" and "Secret Wars" thing is? I just finished the , I'm kinda afraid of reading any other Marvel comic now.
  14. Quitter's Club: Don't be ashamed to quit the game.

This is one of those "I might quit this game if I can't over this posts", like most PSP and Vita games, Valkyria Chronicles II has small mission based areas it recycles ad nauseum, which is one of the things that is starting to get me, the main reason is how unfair the current fight I'm in is. The Command uses a command to deploy and retreat from area to area that he's conquered making it a nightmare since he can easily reach the post I just conquered and take it back and worse, he's super tough, he's killing my heavy troops before they can even have time to take a shot. I'm stumped and I'm quite miffed, and unless this is one of these situations where it turns out it's easier than I thought, but I'm just dumb, I might just give it another go. Not to mention I already completed the "side stories" for the few characters I liked. EDIT: I just looked up a walkthough and.. it's say to either grind or play in co-op.
  15. Comics Extravaganza - Pow Bang Smash!

Well, I just read the first twenty something issues of Saga.... and boy did I leave it at the worst moment possible. I'm kinda hooked!

I beat Murdered: Soul Suspect and while I really enjoyed the story, in most case the gameplay seemed to get in it's ways? I remember people saying that the stealth section were bad, and yeah, they're not fun, but aren't even necessary, I was glad that in some cases (maybe all?) you could just run away. As for the investigation part, even some of that feels like fluff, specially the mini-game where you have filter out the right words as in "Was she: A)Being chased? B)Eating Ice Cream with a Friend?", ugh. I also beat Lucius II, if you remember the first game, is was more or less like The Omen, where you play as a the son of the devil and slowly kill off everybody in the house without raising any suspicions. While it had some goofy and cheesy moments, it had potential. Well, in the sequel it feels like the gave and just made a B movie? You start off in a hospital and you basically set traps for people to fall in and die, but... it's just too goofy here. The AI is hilarious and will walk into the obvious and visible traps and won't even reach as you set up a trap right in front of them. In the first game, you fell like you were actually pulling some devious master plan, this one feels like a cartoon. In one case I put a wallet in a slippery puddle that let to a open elevator shaft and... people would still fall for it. The most hilarious case was when I somehow got DYNAMITE in a hospital and just set in next to some sitting patients, set it off and when a nurse came over to check the sound, she panicked and walked into the fire and died and so did another patient walking by. This game is terrible, this game is awesome?

I'm pretty sure Scarlett is already getting extra trolling even if the rumor isn't true.

Wow, it seems almost everybody who played Lost Planet 3 liked it. I somehow miraculously beat Bloodrayne: Betrayal and... it kinda wasn't worth it, I finally beat the bullet hell boss which was oddly not that hard only to find almost Meat Boy-esque level where you have you to jump on enemies head over giant buzzsaws with no floor. The disappointing part was the ending, it was so short and unsatisfying. After such a brutal it felt like I got no reward, like one of those old NES games where you only get "Congratulations!".

Can you actually get the bundle once it's announced like a normal bundle? I wouldn't know since I bought it.

Lethal League, Besiege and Towerfall Ascension are the only one I didn't own and I'm not sure but I think only Besiege is actually a single player game?

GUYSY GUYS! I am in excitement! If Undertale was like Earthbound, only better, Read Only Memories is like Snatcher only better too! It's a cyberpunk adventure where you must solve the kidnapping of the creator of the first truly sentient robot, and it was pretty amazing, it's almost literally like Snatcher in interface, in the sense where it's really a visual novel where solve a puzzle (item or conversation) to continue. What's really amazing is that it seems that the game have many different paths and how you interact with each character will influence the whole game and you never seem to truly mess up, just make things harder and probably forcing you into a worse ending?
  22. Undertale - No need to kill things, even if they try kill you

Yes it is, it's from this show:
