I personally just thought the comic was ugly, too preachy, way too long and and over the top for the subject matter, all sexuality aside so I just ignored it. I think there's much more creative and engaging ways to express a social point via comics, but that's not helpful to the conversation at hand. Anyway, I am not sure if the reference to Custer's Revenge as "forbidden love" is a joke, El Muerte, which is funny in a twisted way, but if it's serious, I am thoroughly perplexed and maybe offended.

I have the 6750 and it's nice. They are affordable as far as graphics cards go at $150.

That episode was depressing as hell. Even more depressing and confusing when you google it and find out Intellectual Ventures is funded by all the major tech companies as well as the shadier ones. Even more depressing upon seeing random internet people's comments totally missing the point of the episode where patents are fodder for companies to sit on and sue and instead arguing for the notion that to change the way patents work would ruin intellectual property in the United States. It's ridiculous there's just no clause that in order to patent something you must come up with a product, an invention, or something demonstrating it working before you can patent it. I never understood how you could just patent vague ideas and then sit around for a decade and wait for someone else to do it.

See, it never ends up like an episode of House where they completely explain it and solve it through lots of trial and error and an epiphany in the last 10 minutes. Good to hear you are now in good health though.

Iwazaru and the manual says she has daytime clothes but acts rambunctious (or something like that), but it never really explains why. The way it's cut within the game is very jarring to me.

Woo, finished Sunset 01 yesterday morning. It was delightfully short, which is good because I had no time last week. I liked the art and story parts of that last part even those I still have no idea what was going on. Some stuff was already unsettling and creepy. Not too much to say so far. Anyone understand what's going on with the woman who saves your game and why she keeps instantly changing attitudes and clothes? Is this a spoiler if I ask? Yeah I really made the mistake doing that the first level. I ended up topping off at 999 dl and was not able to use any more way before then. So this second part I just let it happen and the limit seemed even tighter this time around on how much blood I could gather. I think I always use Dan so far. I don't like anyone else's gun besides Kaede and Kevin seems to not handle as well for me. I try not to use Kaede because I often fuck up and get hit and she will die quickly on me. I'm sort of curious what happens if I let Garcian die. I might try that soon. The biggest annoyance for me is this game does not have a soft reset from the controller. I sometimes want to screw around or go back a little but I'm obviously too lazy to get up and hit reset on the Wii.

Ah yes, Coraline was great. Henry Selick has weird twitches and smiles that really bother me when I see him in interviews. Other than that, I'm sure he's a great director of the animutation.

Kids love when the celebrity voice actors look similar to the character.

I don't know if the Bone movie is still getting made, but last I heard they were doing it with mo-cap, which is unfortunate and seems incredibly out of place. Maybe they will stop now that Zemeckis has consistantly failed so miserably? But either way, sounds better than the earlier 3D Bone movie being worked on years ago with Nickelodeon producing that required song and dance sequences as well as someone (Thorn?) to be voiced by Britney Spears.

Yes! Another player! I'm stuck with a lot of stress and work at my new job this week. I might not get to play the next section until Sunday, which sucks, because I'm really looking forward to playing more.
