Two weeks I think I could do. How many hours long do you think each Colossus takes on average going in blind? I haven't played SotC it before, only ICO.

I actually found out after beating the game that Jack Thompson made a stink about that scene. It was otherwise pretty tame for a game as wild as Killer 7 and I would have not thought anything of it again had I not seen an article on it later. I can also join for the SotC playthrough though! Although I bet I'll suddenly not have the time again as my work is asking for crunch again.

So the CEO of the record company for this rapper (who is also his brother) contacted me today to storyboard the new music video from said rapper. I guess he records out of prison or something? Also the rapper is a convicted child molester. I'm really trying to find a way to politely decline but I think it'll just be better to ignore the e-mail.

Why does the size of Elizabeth's head and facial features slightly warp from every concept art portrayal? I mean I know why, different artists and all, but after they kept changing her in game model, now I'm fixated on the 2D art as well. Also who on earth would pick Design #1? You can tell they just took random character production art and hastily put it on a blank background. There's almost no thought in composition there whatsoever.

I'm really considering it since I'm already titled the grumpy person at work and I don't think it'll be shocking, I am just not entirely sure if I'm going over the grumpy line to complete asshole. But Friday is approaching and I'm guessing the design director is just going to forget he ever had any idea as per usual.

It is the only Kinect game you can truly have fun with and not swear at the shit controls over and over. Looking forward to another.

Hey I stayed true, it just took me a year.

A little of both. I also don't really like the animation acting style nor the overdone storylines. I despised Up. Monsters Inc. and Wall-E have their moments, but I really like Ratatouille though and used to like Toy Story a lot when I was younger, but in general they just don't do for me.

Pixar, Disney, Star Wars, Hayao Miyazaki, whatever. These are the things where people get argumentative with me when I don't see them as highest tier entertainment, even though I can appreciate sections or select movies.

I finished Killer 8 mode last month. I enjoyed the game much more the second time around and understood a little bit more of what was going on after reading about the beta on Unseen64 and how much was cut. Game still makes no sense, but I at least know what's missing. I think the plot is mostly more enjoyable to go along with the episodic stuff than the overall storyline which is confusing and unfulfilling. I really don't like everything going on in the Curtis Blackburn chapter, it's way too morbid for this game or any game really. I don't think it's very fun to fight a villian who is a child molestor, sells the organs of orphans, and murder's a man's wife and children. I wish out of all things that had been cut, as the rest is just kind of Pulp Fiction style light heartedness. I also understood the gameplay more on the unforgiving hard mode. You die in one hit with everyone except Young Harman and his tommy gun and you are forced to use some different strategies with him. Also I understood to level up one character (Dan first) for auto critical hits since I leveled up all characters equally on my first easier playthrough and made it way harder for myself by never achieving that power. I also read Hand in Killer 7 to attempt to get a better idea what the hell is going on, but it explained only a small amount, added a few more questions, and mostly just stated what happened in the game for the more confusing parts without any explanation whatsoever. As long as it took me to slog through it the first time, I ended up having a lot of fun the second time around, beating it in 4 days instead of half a year. This game still could have been better put together and finalized, but I'm glad it exists.

I guess in another way, I see that cover as alienating female games at the same time, so why not try to appeal to a broader range instead of the shooter bros? This is partly biased in that the only two people I know who seriously love the Bioshock series are women.

Sooooo, is it that important to make sure the frat boys are aware of your game?

I'm not mean to her, I'm polite to her at work, say hello, etc. I just don't really want to just hand her $20. I'm also annoyed at my work for forcing us to do this (among all of the other dumb shit). I don't think she's allowed to watch Futurama. You know what's funny? She did that last Christmas for each and every one of us in the office without asking. So I donated $15 to a Christian charity last year but I'm not sure of the exact cause.
