What's your name on there? I'll keep an eye out for you (even though I don't read the comments as thoroughly as I used to now they've put in that "load more comments" button). Over at the Double Fine forums, someone started a thread called "general disappointment in Double Fine", but surprise surprise it turned out mostly to be about Tim "throwing his lot with a guy who gloats about generating moral panic" (ie Jonathan McIntosh). The thread is now mostly someone who claims to have worked "on GTA" trying to gaslight someone who has issues with misogyny/homophobia in the series, with back-up from someone with a (presumably sarcastic) "I bet the patriarchy did this" avatar.

That HD paintover's nice and all but, as these things so often are, it's very flat and lifeless. I'd love to see hand-painted Peter Chan backgrounds, maintaining the Chuck Jonesy style. If the Lucasarts SE were to look anywhere near that, I'm glad it got cancelled!

This is what every adventure game released since 2008 has done, it's unbelievable.

Read it, can't wait for the finale! Also really enjoyed the first "Universe" by Monteys.

I got round to playing this and it's great! Fun, funny, clever, short, lovely presentation!

If this happens, I want to see the return of Jack Carver.

A bit of both, I'd say - clumsy fan-service that also unthinkingly broaches some dark themes. Regardless of one's diegetic interpretation of I think it's safe to say that it has sexual tones to it, considering they run through the entire film and it specifically mirrors the

I definitely can, and what's more I'll sue him for every øre he's got.

I got as far as two characters getting mysteriously beamed aboard an alien spaceship and then quit because I don't like PLAGIARISM.

He's fantastic as a near-mute barbarian, a near-mute cyborg, and a soldier in a state of mute shock after fighting a Predator. Maybe he should have been a mime.

Ugh, I'm bored of Christmas now. It's been going on for a month already and we've still got over 5 weeks more of it to go. This video feels appropriate:

I was not aware of it either until this sale, and have not read it yet! I've been too busy watching Dollhouse and reading through the Chew volumes that N111!!!njaSquirrel lent me (and which are excellent!).

Trouble with doing this is that I need to re-watch the show first and therefore the pretty awful first few episodes ):

Ha ha, that's pretty much Bob's reaction to every single episode of New Doctor Who, too! Bolegium, I'm not sure the average 9 year old gets as hung up on the sci-fi concept of forcefields as you did!
