Despite the guy's enthusiasm, there's every chance the game will be pretty much redundant of course. Warcraft has always been a Warhammer-clone from the outset, and now Blizzard have already seem to have made the archetypical fantasy MMORPG.

Brilliant! How can someone be so enthusiastic about a game, ramble on with almost no stumble and even be funny as well? Cool! There's about a tenth of a thousandth of a percent of a chance that I'll play it, but this guy rocks.

The dancing in Guild Wars always cracked me up way more than World of Warcraft's moves.

DAMN IT! I've been trying to reach people via Contact Mode for hours and it finds no one! What's the deal with this? I want bottlemail!

So, town tunes. I tried to create the LeChuck theme, but it's less easy than it seems. You can't make 'off' tunes, the black keys on the piano, so something spooky is out of the question.

My hidden question was answered satisfactory. Applause

PA-PARA-PAAAA! Months after the hype has faded, I have Animal Crossing as well. My cute little manchild is called Marduk and he lives in the sundrenched and only marginally blasphemous town of Babylon (coincidences, I assure you). I have peaches. I got pears the first two times, but I switched off my DS in frustration to try to get something new before saving for the first time. I went through the creation process four times. Ironically, the first time I had peaches as well, but I shut off the machine because my girlfriend shuts hers off as well. It was the considerate thing to do I'm loving the interface. It's a complex 3D world, governed by just the stylus. That's some design. I wish there were some emotes though. A little dance your character can do, maybe some waving? The best thing I have now at expressing my joy is twirling my umbrella.

And these people still rule the world?

Wait, so that movie was actually of her own manufacture? I don't get, then why is Gamelife itself such drivel? Does she suddenly lose the power of irony and acting when those cameras switch on?
-
You know, I've followed this whole Melissa thing from the beginning it popped up here, but I still don't really know what the hell this is all about. I know Melissa is that girl from Gamelife that has the most artificial and faux-happy way of reviewing a game (or rather, reading aloud from a memorized sheet of text ) I ever saw. And then now she appears to have some affair with the cameraman, who is what- 19? 39? Because the word peadish keeps popping up. And she seems to be fascinated with death, yet is not a goth. See, I lost track there.

Dragnet is a cool movie

I can't believe they went through all the trouble of wiping away the kitchen and all the appliances in that footage just for a little video like that.

Oh, how I am completely indifferent towards the Eurovision Songfestival. With surges towards mild irritation.
-
Ah, that might be it too. Regardless, underdog positions are always starting points for breeding goodwill.

Is it actually coming? A Warcraft movie? That seems awesome. If they can get the storylines in there and the cool stagings of the franchise... could be superb! I'm hoping the whole thing will revolve around Arthas. Worst case scenario: we get a bunch of smalltime adventurers we don't know and that get to do some random quest. I want to see all the larger-than-life heroes and legends! Also, I don't know what to think yet about the speculation that I could be live action. It seems good for mass appeal, but bad for, you know, the artistic view. Ah well, as long as Orlando Bloom isn't in it...

Yes, I actually do most of my work on my PC, so I'd say it's about onethousand times more important to me than any console.

I agree with that, but not even that much out of spite (though they're really pushing the envelope on arrogance here ). A few years back Nintendo was quite famed for it's closed-off attitude and arrogance towards especially the Western market as well. But after they became the underdog that changed dramatically and look at them now: they're very open, very forward-thinking and very sympathetic. It'd do Sony good to fall on their faces and be forced to adjust their ways of thinking as well. Right now they've reached the pinnacle of their haughtiness and are ready to be toppled. After that they'll emerge as a fresher and better company.

Are these painted? I'd like to read some sort of making of!

Didn't Spaff jokingly predict she had a hunchback in the podcast? Well, close...

It'll go nicely along with your non-existent HD tv.

In about a year or four, I may deem it time to get a Blu-Ray player. Which at that point can be gotten for about 50 Euros, maybe. The thing is, when the PS2 launched, DVD was all the rage and people were willing to invest in the gaming machine. Blu-Ray will take another two years AT LEAST to catch on, so there's really not much value to the statement that it's a 'cheap Blu-ray player' yet.

I was listening to the beautiful sounds of Escape from Monkey Island which I had personally ripped from the game, and then this SITE comes with a blearing HALLELUJA. You can't startle me!
-
Why is that, exactly? Because it's so repetitive? I can imagine that you'd get rather annoyed if you had to sit through hours of random fights in a deskchair. Yeah, it's better suited to the couch then, where you can also snooze a little. That said, there IS a lot of merit to Final Fantasy, so it's only because I'm a vindictive bastard that I pummel it.

He was riding the edge when he started urging them to kick an imaginary door down, but naww, he didn't go too far. I agree with everything Spidermonkey said.
