For some reason, the title continuously conjures up the image of Tingle's rosy bottom. I am in absolute agreement that it is the foofiest, ambiguously gayest title ever. I don't know what you mean with Who Tingle Is besides a Zelda character. He... IS a Zelda character. There's nothing about him besides that. This is his first spin-off game. And it's a small miracle there actually IS a game about him in the first place

Speaking of Zelda games, today I was at Nintendo HQ testing Freshly Picked: Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland, expecting it to be horrible or mediocre at best. Turns out it was actually pretty good. Probably less good than my feeling is saying due to the low expectations, but still well worth a look. Despite it being a game about... Tingle. Kooloo limpa!

Nowhere just yet. Could take another week or two (it's a bureacracy in my own head). I'll give you all a heads-up as soon as it's online.
-
Ah, nice. Same schedule as I, then. Congratulations!

Hey, did you graduate recently too? You've got Master of Science underneath your name.

I agree. As for teleportation; I don't think it matters. Yes you're being destroyed, but the clone is perfectly safe (unless something goes wrong), and doesn't remember dying. As far as existence is concerned, there's still the same amount of energy lumped together to form a certain individual.

Hehe =) The allusions of free time are highly overrated by the way. I'm still working weekends to get all my stuff done. Damn you Captain August!

So, honestly, what's the skinny on this thing? Is Sam & Max being developed for the Wii, season 1 that is? I can only find vague allusions to it, TellTale staying TightLipped. The thing is, I'm writing the news page of [N]Gamer and if there's some nice tidbit of news on S&M for the Wii I can make it an item and give some more renown to the series for a gaming audience that probably hasn't be exposed to it a whole lot yet, because they're Nintendo diehards.

I thought they'd just put out the whole season on a disc instead of releasing the episodes online via WiiWare. In any case, it's a tough subject. Without a harddrive, it's obvious the Wii wasn't designed to handle massive downloads of any kind. Thanks for the info, both of you. Mayhaps Jake will come in time to either confirm or deny or remain suspiciously quiet

Hey there, Trep Haven't seen y'around for some time. I think I'd greatly echo your findings on Bioshock, as soon as I paly it properly. Right now I've only had an immensely satisfying first half hour. Is man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?

I just wanted to report that I graduated last week! The teachers had some issues with Death of a Clown, but in the end they let me pass. Huzzah! In truth, they did have a point; because I've slightly overcomplicated the film by obscuring some of the narrative perhaps a trifle too much. If you're not afraid of some psychomantis supersymbolism though, you should watch it. That is, when I get a chance to cast it online, of course But, in reiteration, I am now a Master of Arts. Whoop!

So, I already shudder for the next review about Bioshock, because I wouldn't want to view it before playing it myself...

,,You'd do it with a bunch of guys just to get a car?"

Been playing some Phoenix 3, and Worms Open Warfare 2, which I can safely say is 300% better than the first one, which was crap. This game feels like genuine Worms and is every bit as addictive. And it was even outsourced to the Dutch developer Two Tribes!
-
I must reiterate that all the videos I see of the Prime games are horrendous and make the game look trite and boring, and I've played it so I know how great it is. So really, this is a play-before-you-judge kind of thing

It can't be helped. Only one cool tv villain at a time, alas dear sir! But perhaps one, fine, inconspicuous day...
-
What about King of Kong? Not necessarily a game-adaptation, but certainly game-inspired. And looking quite funny.
-
Are you crazy, Lobotomy? I had all the weapons in Prime and just couldn't get past that god damned final boss. Constantly those fucking Metroids on me, ARGH. It was already a pain going through the first stage, but after three failures at the final one (and you can call me a quitter if you like, I don't care), I stopped playing mainly because I wasn't having any fun anymore and it felt like the game had let me down.

Yes, I saw that. Uwe Boll was the surprise guest at PAX. Many people walked out, but it could've been a lot worse. I guess the man has a mantle of +50 self-delusion.
-
I can't really tell if it's a fake or not. If it is, nicely done; if it isn't, nicely done. You do get around, miss.
-
The full release of Phoenix 3 had no English version, Ben, only its budget release which is just out. Hey, maybe the fourth one will have a budget version too?

The 'wooden panelling' is especially horrifying. Which is why it's such a treat when a nice one comes along.

It's very pretty and I am jealous.

Wow, that's a great faceplate! I think it's very sophisticated and beautiful. Were there stickers for the buttons? How does that work?

It's strange, but you can't get the Xbox 360 CE in the Netherlands -it's not released here bizarrely. The PC CE, however, is available, and you can buy it everywhere! It's still in stock all around. Of course, it's only been officially out a single day... but still.
