Actually, the hamster wheel bit I liked because it was so weird and un-gamelike. At least it was more challenging to wrap your head around (why would they do that?!) and thus entertaining than the boring platform bits.

Yes. Unless you were writing Blessays of the Stephen Fry variant, there's no reason you can't write about your cat now and then without having to explain too much. Unless your last name is Schrödinger. THAT WAS A PHYSICS JOKE. I think the trick to updating regularly lies in the website becoming your ball and chain from which you can't escape, and now you have to put stuff online lest you get devoured whole by flesh-eating monkeys.

Great initiative there! I'm not registered at Facebook (I don't even know what it is), so I can't view the page. I think I'll register for this though. It's pretty good.

Yeah, where's the Eleanor Rigby soundtrack? Fun little game. Perhaps the difficulty curve is a bit too slow and low in the beginning, but then I don't know jack about Flash games, who play them and what works.

That makes little sense, although it might 'fit' the Wii crowd better. Hey, crazier things've happen. Okami is coing out for the Wii in spring 2008, so who knows?

Good times.

I poop on your opinion!!

Scrubs, now there's a show that's lost it's appeal. You people have gone mental though. The IT Crowd is awesome. I've watched that shoe episode so many times. The manager is such a hilarious character. I know it's *again* a drunkardish Irish lead after Black Books, but there's so much to love. Moss, for instance!

Unfortunately, no. But we're all hoping the in-game graphics won't differ too much from them. Polygonwise it's certainly possible, but the spit 'n polish will be absent of course.

I think that Brütal Legend will defy genres a bit more than Psychonauts did (at first glance in any case), but I think you can expect a sort of Zelda-ish big world with some troop-gathering elements and lots of fights with insanely awesomely designed monstrosities. The thing that surprises me most is how gruesome it all is. It definitely caught me unaware, because after the random silliness of Pnauts, Double Fine had tricked me into thinking they'd always do silly instead of bloody. So I really like this level of gore. It fits the style and it's a step outside the comfort zone, which I'll always applaud.

Can someone hotlink me or something? Because I accidentally clicked too fast while filling in my birthdate for the second time this evening, and now the god damned website won't let me enter it anymore. I must have glorious HD!

This is so awesome I may have to throw up. Where can I download the HD trailer? I must've missed it because I was being too giddy while posting a heavy metal quote and picking a lighter!

Congrats with your birthday. Must've been quite te hangover, eh?

If you go now, you could still get away with smuggling Baby T in a suitcase into the plane. Or is that an inappropriate idea?

And I've heard on the grapevine that the 360 is going down down down in price soon, so I'll finally get my mitts on one! (Rumors have it the Halo 3 edition (which I think is pretty, so sue me!) will be available for a mere 300 Euros.)

I support the spread of cool, geeky girlfriends Also, over the past few years I have heard nothing but absolutely delightful things about Canadia. I must visit it!

Oh, I think Peter McConnell is going to have a ball with this game. I think they'll use the famous heavy metal stuff only for key moments; otherwise it'll get pretty tiring to hear music all the time that isn't geared towards the flow of gameplay. That said; lookin' forward mightily to some multi-skullbashings to the sound of blasting guitar riffs

The design of that monster... awesome! I must play this game NOW! That was an awesome cinematic. Hopefully the gameplay will play much the same as that trailer. /exploded brain

I moved out when I was only just 20, and it was awesome. I was totally ready for it and I never despaired for an instant. I can't begin to stress how much it does for your feeling of selfconfidence and control over your life to live on your own, and chores like doing the groceries and cleaning are actually pretty facile to implement into your schedule.

Wow, I feel out of place in this topic. Should I jump on the Guitar Hero bandwagon? But I don't even enjoy it that much

Wow, you're immediately buying a house? I understand the holy shit part now; that is some scary money you need to cough up. Isn't renting a more affordable short-term solution? But as an investment, you can't go wrong with property, of course. Good luck!

Yes, I had to get that out of my system. We had been without senseless violence for too long! We had become sensitized to it again. Also, I felt like drawing a lot of floating corpses. Fun, that.

Interestingly, the small beard on roadie Eddy Riggs could easily be both Jack's and Tim's.
