hmmm...the last (and only) strategy guide i ever bought was a pretty thick book about riven/myst, which costed me around 120 ats (whhooops €-time: ~9 € / ~ 7,5 $). okay that was yearssss ago, but are they THAT expensive???

pretty dumb question by pretty dumb ryam: you wrote: bronze = 40 €, silver = 49 € but when i convert the valve dollar prices into euro (assuming that 1 € = 1,2 $) i get ~60 € (~50 $) for bronze and ~70 € (~60 $) for silver here's the dumb question: am i wrong, or are you wrong? but the fact that should be worth 30 $ is pretty impudent (as long as the posters, guides, soundtracks,... are not made of GOLD)...

what i read about jade empire sounds promising, but as long as there is no pc version in the works i won't have a detailled look at it. otherwise i'd be dependet on my brother's xbox...

beside the trailer i know three things about psychonauts: 1. i'll play raz 2. i'll fight against somebody, who is stealing brains 3. psychnoauts will be awesome, because it's from tim schafer and double fine productions. over and out.

i played the doom 3 demo yesterday. the "story" and the "characters" where as "deep" as supposed. i liked the way how id used to create horror atmosphere. all this "aaaahhhhhahahahahahhhh!!!" crying around. and the blood and the monsters. and i really liked the heartbeat effect. so everything started pretty good. but everything became all the same: get code, open door, kill monsters, get better weapon, get code, open door, kill monsters, etc... after 30 minutes i was waiting for something new. but nothing came. and then i was pretty disappointed. i just thought, hey id! you have awesome shadows and sounds in an appropriate environment! what about ideas? i only played the demo and can't judge the whole game, but that was what i thought while playing it.

i think a lot of people here (should) know 3dfx. this awesome company which grew (just think about voodoo 1+2) and died (just think about the monster voodoo 5 6000) because of their insanity. so 3dfx was the most innovative graphic card manufacturer ever. who else invented sli or glide or 3d-addon boards? or has anybody played the quake 3 (hw powered) motion blur demo working in (voodoo5-)4xfssa and glide(!)? that's because 3dfx rocks. what? you aren't convinced yet? then have a look at one of their tv spots: michael jackson 3dfx interactive - heal the world just awesome.

oh. no. i watched the trailer (the big one ). and all i want to do is playing psychonauts. now. soooo has anybody invented a time machine yet??? i want to live in the year 2005. now.

since i realized that i'm too dumb for theme park i stopped playing these games before i really started. so are there any major design differences (except 3d graphic stuff and so on)from rollercoaster tycoon 3 to 10 years old theme park?

i randomly sing mr bojangles or earth song (singing aaaaaahhhhaaahhhhh in a street full of strangers at 4 a.m. is just too cool!) in public but i prefer my talent in burping classical music. in an attempt for getting an xbox i also burped in public (with microphone and stuff) classical austrian music. but i only got the second place because the awful winner was cheating! no kidding. and if you want to go for "music": some friends of me play in this band.

does anybody know the german tv channels ard + zdf? when they sent a tv spots they showed little cartoons of leprechauns doing stuff. and they had this awesome pencils. every thing they painted got real. so - for instance - they painted a cool little plane into the air and - whooops! - they had a little plane! i always wanted to have this pencils when i was little.

uhhhh...kotor on the evil side where you oh...and another baldur's gate story, now concerning baldur's gate 1: i wanted to have minsc in my group but didn't want his girlfriend to join, because she was pretty useless for me and i already had an excellent (evviillllll) magician. the bad thing was that minsc only joins when you take his girlfriend too (in your group! as a member! nothing sexually... ). so i took his girlfriend, took away all her inventory items and let her run right into a bunch of evil creatures. almost naked and defenceless. and then these evilll creatures attacked her and she died, because of this...ahm..."accident", while minsc cried "noooooo! nooooo!!!" while she was dying. but he stayed in my group. without his useless girlfriend.

again baldur's gate 2: i think i killed my...hmm...confidant (?) in baldur's gate 2 twice while i started playing it in chapter 1. but i was so totally drunken that i can't remember exactly so i started the sentence before with i think. but i must have done something like that, because my character lost 2 points in constitution somehow. games + alcohol is a very complex topic.

look! look! another example why spanish gamers are awesome! and because of the fact that you're awesome i'll conive that you forgot worms 1 + expansion pack (okay you can't play it over the internet, but...kasdjf) and worms forts.

you want 99% somewhere? okay, here you are: somewhere around 1938 the nsdap made an election concerning "der anschluß" (alignment from austria to hitler-germany): 99,73 % voted for "yes". it's hard to say (i wasn't alive at these times - like everybody else here) if all of these austrian 99,73 % loved hitler. but i think that...hmmm...at least 90 (?) % loved his ideas of giving the country a glorious future and perspective after the defeat in WW I. so there are 9,73 % left, who voted because of "peer pressure" and fear of persecution. these are of course just my presumptions and not historical facts.

spanish? yyyeeehaaaa spanish gamers rule! i remember all those worms world party and worms 2 matches i played with spanish gamers over the internet! this was totally awesome! because i found out that all spanish gamers are cool! soooo...hi there and si! he dejado en libertad los prisioneros y ahora vengo por ti! and before you assume that i can speak spanish (like all the other spanish worms-players did): these are the only spanish words i know... soooo...i wish you a nice (a jajajajaja!-worms time) time here!

the last time i saw goldeneye is also a long time ago, but i hated the unrealistic way how bond escaped dead again. and again. and again. for instance when around 29834104 billion of people shoot at him with machine guns but every bullet misses him. or, in the end, where he saves his life by grabbing the last step of this ladder. or the helicopter-scene...
