Bioshock. Oh man.

I wonder what it feels like to be making a movie that you wanted to be an action title, but everyone else just wants to see it to laugh at it.

Yeah, the whole "video game character on the street doing drugs" thing has been pretty much done to death.

Classy! The games for it are particularly sophisticated.

I don't own a PSP and I don't plan on owning one any time soon, but from what I've seen, Loco Roco looks like a ridiculous amount of fun. But I suppose that hasn't been released yet. I also got a chance to briefly play Tokobot on a friend's PSP recently, and that seemed pretty neat.

After playing FEAR (which terrified and delighted me immensely), I decided to give the Condemned 360 demo a whirl and, no, I didn't finish it. When the insane crack addict broke through the wall behind me and all I had was a pipe to defend myself with, I squealed like a girl and shut off my 360. I'll probably buy it soon.

As far as I'm concerned, the GDC awards are the only meaningful awards for games so far. Way to rock, Doublefine.

The man standing next to Ancel (Frederick Rayna, apparently) is either from the 70's or... well, France, I guess. What an utterly silly looking bunch.

I think Bioshock sounds like it's going to be awesome. Other my games on my "eagerly-anticipated" list are: Spore, Dark Sector, and Metronome (does anyone know if Metronome has found a publisher yet?)

It's even uglier than I had expected. Doesn't look like it's going to be very convenient to handle, either.

I've come across one review for it so far, and it was disappointingly negative. The basic gist of it was "Really, it's a neat concept, but the game is arse."

I wonder if it will actually be able to play Xbox games, or if that's just Halo PC? Either way, the whole game aspect of it seems pretty useless to me, though as a tiny tablet PC, it seems sort of nice. Sort of.

I wish I could get some freakin' coconuts, but everytime I visit a person's town, they've just finished picking and selling them all. All I want are some coconuts! Come on! Also: a friend who comes in your town a buries garbage all over the place is not a friend. Not at all.

I started a game, and was instantly tired of it. I'm just not in much of an RTS mood, I guess. Anyway, I went away to watch two Daily Show episodes, completely forgot to end the game, and when I came back, everyone was dead, and the two "heroes" were collapsed on the ground, with little speech bubbles that said "Every moment I live...is agony." I was thoroughly amused.

What determines what? And why can you click on the berries (but with no effect)?

I love Myers' reaction when he says "George Bush Doesn't Care about Black People". Classic.

Not to mention completely pointless. Why wouldn't someone want a controller for their game console?
