I love how Pac-Man kid is trying so hard to look like a badass.

I thought this was funnier. Holy shit! It has a clock!?

Noice! Way to kick college's ass! Any chance we get to play your final project?

Reminds me a little of Adam West. The actual game footage at the end didn't look particularly appealing, but it was sort of short. I'll have to look into this one...

I doubt I'll buy KOTOR2. Don't get me wrong, I loved the first one, but the sequel...I don't know, it just doesn't thrill me like the first one did. It all just looks the same. After seeing Republic Commando in action, I'm considering buying it. Battlefront I'll probably buy because I need a new Xbox Live game to pass the time until Halo 2, and I've lost my copy of Crimson Skies .

You'd turn into a giant wasp stinger?

Yes, they're very irritating. Like....sand.

"Is it a sports racquet or bug zapper? Yes!" ?

It's funny. After the initial install, the water looks great, but when I installed the patch (because the end of the game was bein' wierd), the water looks like absolute shit. So I got rid of the patch. Why? Because game water fucking rocks.

Hey, I was just thinking, you know how gmail limits you to one account? Well, couldn't someone just send an invite to themselves? I mean, how does gmail keep people from doing that? Keep track of IP addresses? And if that's the case, what if two different people use the same computer, but want different e-mail addresses? Also: Hermes, you are rad.

Aaaaaahhhhhh!!!! - The tale of a lost CD which blossomed into a chat about rock music

(ah-hem) Sorry. Couldn't help myself. -
I would like to say, in the barrel's defense, that some of my favorite Armed and Dangerous moments do revolve around exploding barrels. The exploding barrels in Splinter Cell were cool too (the way you have to shoot a hole in the barrel, then shoot the oil required some quick sniper work). Those are the only games I think of that do the exploding-barrel thing well.

I remember getting "Shareware of the Month" CD-Roms in the mail. They weren't always games, but I remember the blue CD had Commander Keen 4 on it. And God Of Thunder. In fact, I think I might still have a few of the CDs kicking around here.

If they aren't well executed, they can be an absolute pain in the ass.

By sheer coincidence, I ran across the audio of one the quotes you mentioned. Or maybe you didn't. I can't remember. http://plan-9.com/media/we_harm.mp3

The name does not have enough colons! "Ron Gilbert presents: Monk3y Island: The real edition: A game"

Y'know, Frolf. Actually pretty fun, except I can't throw a frisbee worth a damn. I just whip it and goes flying in the opposite direction. Also: I saw that the National Button Society is having a convention this weekend. I still don't understand how you can form a society around a button. And what do they do at the conventions?

As far as I'm concerned, I just slash away. The level ups usually catch me by surprise. I'm not really much an RPG person myself, but I loved KOTOR. I have full intentions of buying Jade Empire.

What about the fact that it is awesome? I loves mah Xbox (even though, since it's an older one, it can be a real bitch sometimes.)
-
You mean you've got one? I'd be more than happy to take it! ...Please?

Platform games just feel right on a console. I'm buying the Xbox version as soon as it releases, but maybe after a while, and the price drops, I'll get the PC version too. (My Xbox is such an unreliable piece of crap. I should buy a new one.)

Apparently the demo is actually for JK2. (Says the readme files, and the fact that it won't run in JA.)
