It's not a particularly great trailer, but I'm a fan of Burton's stylised cinematography. This could yet be good.

If I may wade in and say something nice here, I like this attitude . The Mystery of the Druids was...um...not very good. The Moment of Silence is (so far, as I'm still trying to fix a microwave :S) much better. A lot of the faults in MOTD - particularly the conversation system - were fixed, at least to an extent. Maybe third time's the charm?

Dead or Alive?

You're right, of course, but don't forget that there are far more FPS games being made than adventure games. Which is why the situation with adventure games is worrying, because you might not even get a great game each year.

I worry that, with the notable exceptions of games such as Dreamfall and Farenheit, the situation for the adventure game looks no better than it did several years ago. But then I remember In Memoriam, and that tells me that there are people trying to do something different. Only time will tell on the success front, though ...

After the resounding success of my last poem, I decided to write one of those crazy ones, where everything is written in such a way that you create a shape! What fun! For this is just a tree in a pot - what do you mean, you can't see it? Stupid twit.

The worst type of poetry, or so I'm told is the stuff that reads exactly like normal prose, only laid out stupidly on the page. Perhaps it would be better if nobody wrote anything like this ever again?

I am a PC fighter, and I weild a magic mouse with the built in ciggie lighter and the ashtray in my house. I like to play the FPS like Doom or Quake-like games, though a lack of God mode does distress, despite my fervent claims to never cheat whilst having fun (so soccer h4x are fine). But, hey, I always score a ton - and that high score? That's mine. I've travelled through the distant lands and far off, alien shores. I've held a gun within my hands, and 100+ alien laser swords. But nothing there can quite compare with this here Thumb. (Yes, I'm crap. Ho hum.)
