Yay. I was hoping it might come to this. Some time ago when this issue was hot, I took a look at the US trademark law out curiosity and noticed that there was maybe something about TM's having to be actively used or somesuch, but it was somewhat vague. That paper filed by EA mentions some precedent, I think that may have established how the law is to be interpreted? (I don't really know how the precedent stuff works)

I got Batman delivered to me almost a week ago, but haven't even installed it yet and don't really feel like starting playing. It was the same with BioShock, I think I played it a year or so after release.

Yeah, I think there is a reason. It's really hard to get those parts right even if your brain was re-wired successfully. Is there a puzzle with the finish line? I couldn't figure out how to get over it.

A couple of people also suggested holding it around the time of the Eurogamer Expo: Oct 30th and 31st I think. Wouldn't that be better?

I might come too. Flying from here to London is relatively cheap and I've wanted to visit it anyway but haven't found a good excuse. Not sure if I can get the time off from work though, and I'll be in Sweden for a week starting Oct 19th.

I would guess about 40-50, but I didn't actually measure the time I spent. Of course, YMMV.

I don't know, I'm probably one of the listeners farthest from the USA, but I never had a problem with telling them apart.

I'd recommend Mirror's Edge, but there are some levels with lots of combat. Didn't like that either. Far Cry 2 is definitely worth getting, but will take a long time to finish.

Is it normal that Brütal Legend isn't even listed as a game in Xbox Live for me? Usually there is something about upcoming games earlier than this. And how did the demo unlock codes work if the game isn't even listed?

I don't actually mind the Cobain issue. It's funny watching him sing Bon Jovi songs on youtube. There's still a place for humour in these games isn't there? I personally don't plan to buy any more of these. I have GH 1 -3, Rock Band, haven't played them in ages.

I was able to resist for today. Tomorrow I'll play the demo though.
