I played maybe 40 minutes worth of the demo and decided that this is just not for me. Horrible controls on PC by the way, or I'm not just used to that kind of controls. I never played the first one and I've never really played any Bioware games before so this was a pretty late first dip into the world of Bioware. Pretty interesting characters, all women were quite well equipped and all the male characters seemed to be short haired Schwarzeneggers.

Saw King's Speech yesterday, my wife didn't say much about it, but I liked it a lot! Helena Bonham-Carter was mediocre like always, but Colin Firth was This morning I woke up to see the three last awards given and yes after seeing King's Speech I agree that Colin deserved his award. If I have time on thursday then I should finally see True Grit. Black Swan is coming to my town on friday so that's up for next weekend.

I quit playing PoP games after Warrior Within, it was just too much full of shit with every part of the game. One friend said also some years ago that Two Thrones gets the groove back, but I just didn't want to bother because I have already quite enough of games on my list and WW just broke the PoP love for me.

I was checking the upcoming dates for Wii games because of Okamiden (which just got a demo released, I'm playing it as I'm writing this!) and I was surprised to find that this piece of crap game has been out since 11th February and yesterday there was some news somewhere, maybe Eurogamer that reported this We Dare will not come out in US at all and apparently the official video has been region locked to Europe in Youtube?

Didn't yet finish the demo, but one thing was a bit too obvious The game does feel and look amazing. I love the setting and can't wait to find out how the story develops. I'm forking out the cash for this right after I finish the demo. One more game to the evergrowing pile of unplayed games, but this will go right to the top and will be one of the first that I'll play soon.

I say it looks even better than before, it does help my eyes now that the surroundings are gray, but the purple color really makes the world look sinister. Interesting that the screen gets darker in the sixth page that's a cool effect. As the sixth page is clearly supposed to be dark psychic's room, is that on purpose? I like this a lot! P.S. I'm still sad that Herzog the Vile stopped a long time ago...

Nice, my Inteno X5668 ADSL modem propably broke mysteriously yesterday. It was still working in the morning, but after I came from work just the ethernet light was blinking weirdly and all the lan ports were also blinking. Power led, WLAN led, internet led and DSL led were all out. Power off, cabel unplugging and hard reset did not work so I'm bringing it today to the broadband provider for checking. Most likely either the power supply is broken or then the modem itself is busted. Today's electronics are just this kind of crap that suddenly breaks after one year of use.

Al Lowe was working for some years (2004-2007?) on his new "Larry" game called Sam Suede: Undercover Exposure, but I think I read that has been cancelled years ago. These days he is not working in gaming as far as I know, but propably would still love to be involved in the making of a new Larry game. I remember he really wanted to be in the team to make the Magna Cum Laude horrible piece of crap game and in the end voiced his concern because the game was shaping up to be a turd of a game. Torin's Passage reminds me that and Freddie Pharkas need to be requested to GoG.

I think they made at least three or four different collection's at least. Sierra, Vivendi and Activision have all made their own collections if I'm correct. Doesn't Codemasters own the rights to make crappy Larry Lovage games now? It would be awesome to have one more real Leisure Suit Larry Laffer game from Al Lowe and forget these two last horrible games made by High Voltage and Team 17.
