A strange coincidence was that today they showed the movie Man on the Moon in some Finnish tv channel.

So true. This news just leaves me totally speechless. So I'll do this

The best football game ever - Kick Off on the amiga.

Yep, this is very true. In fact Total Soccer is a combination of Sensible Soccer and Kick Off, but where they made the wrong decision was to give the goalies the stupidity of Sensible goalie AI. Sensible is one of the football legends, but Kick Off kicks Sensible off very clearly. -

I played Kick Off 1&2 ALL the time. I even once destroyed my 512kb memory card accidentally when I lost in a Kick off 2 match against the computer, I'm a little bit crazy you know. Kick Off 2 is definately the greatest football game ever created. The banana curve ball control was so perfectly made, I've never seen in any other game so total control for the ball movement. Only game that has even come close is Total Soccer, the new millennium clone of Kick Off. -
Well, I guess Valve won't have to break its balls for a shitty H-L2 GBA port...

It has been released, go get it, now. -
I had that game on my Amiga, I played it a lot, but because the game was a copied version, I had no real idea what to do in the game, it was intriguing though...

Well ID isn't doing the story for Doom3, they hired years ago the guy who wrote 7th guest and 11th hour games stories. Doom3 is going to be a very different kind of ID Software game.

But if I read that news bit correct, and all the things I've heard from different websites, the thing is so that only Half-Life and Counter Strike are remade to Source engine? Not the add ons Opposing Forces&Blue Shift

I'm almost like Mattsius, except I'm about three years older than him.

If you were a filthy rich developer/publisher....

I don't support making of a sequel to Grim Fandango. But if someone eventually makes one, I hope it would be made just like Screwtape said, no returning characters from the original game. -
About E3: Why was Gary Coleman there?

Damn, I'm still waiting for Benoit Sokal to create an adventure game based on his Detective Canardo comic book series. No that would be an awesome adventure game I tell you.
-
No, you're not alone.

You should try NOT to use Mobygames images.

I don't have the money to buy either of those upcoming portable gaming machines, but comparing the systems, Nintendo's DS just feels so much better than PSP. Nintendo's bringing online gaming to portables, touch screen, voice control to DS, although launch titles may not be so superb. Sony's bringing a portable PS1 enhanced? And I see only one interesting game in it's launch list, Wipeout, and I played that game years ago and don't really want to play it again on a portable machine. Both machines will include lots of remakes of old N64&PS1 games.

I'll bet it not just looks fun, it is fun. Only thing that just needs to be done is that they'll release it someday, and not say all the time that it will come before HL2. -
Planescape Torment was made by Interplay's Black Isle division.

So is the game going for early 90's now? I get that feeling from those first pics.

I haven't still got my hands on BG&E, but I hope that'll happen soon And I'm also hoping that in E3 2k4 Michel Ancel unveils a new unbelievably great game.
-
Both are great but Another World is far more superior. Damn I miss all those hours spent on playing AW on my old Amiga...

Nintendo DS will kick ass. You shall all see it soon.
