Has anybody cared to watch that LucasArts Ep 3 game trailer, if something can suck more than Ep 3 movie teaser, then it's that trailer. But what can you expect from a game company that has no talented people left in the firm anymore...

Hmm, is this the first time you've heard of this remake? I mean just that Burton has been raving about it for 1-2 years now. I bet it's going to be awesome, the holy trinity is back working together for the third or forth time already, Tim Burton, Danny Elfman and Johnny Depp.

There isn't a easily accessible multiplayer in the game ye, except of LAN for up to 8 players of course. But you can play normal multiplayer at the moment via direct connect to the host's ip commandline is: flatout.exe -join=THE IP HERE flatout.exe -host But by using the finnish fan made FlatOut Joiner.exe, you can avoid all that command line crap. http://www.bob-game.info/flatout_joiner.zip And there is a project in the making that will include a server list, and then you can see all the gameservers and connect directly, like in many games. AND the best of all, you CAN turn off the ragdoll feature in the multiplayer if the host wants so! I tested the multiplayer with a friend of mine and there was no lag, everything worked smoothly, and it was superb to race without the ragdoll!

Cool! Play.com is getting faster every day, It took them 3 days to deliver me my copy of Flat-Out! Goodbye demo, hello full game! Woah, I immediately drove all the way through the Bronze cup... I downloaded the demo, the car physics are nice, the damage model looks sweet, there's two demo tracks and one ragdoll playground track. Everything seems great and nicely done, except the ragdoll thing, it's a bit overdone, I don't know yet if it can be adjusted customly in the full version but here's hoping. It's a full on arcade racing game, just what I expected. EDIT: It has come to my attention that there most likely is a on/off switch or a adjusting thing for the ragdoll feature.

About comic book movies, when I first saw From Hell I liked it very much. But then later I discovered the comic book albums from which the movie was made from, and my opinions about the movie changed totally. Although Johnny Depp is teh greatest actor alive, the movie fell from 9/10 grade to about 6.5/10 grade. And for the record, I love Lost in Translation.

Flatout will feature 11 tracks from relatively unknown rock bands, so I think that answers your question. Flatout is a *little* bit different league than the one man made Dismount games.
