Oh crap, that brown t-shirt looks sweet. Maybe I'll wait untill late May comes. No pens before that. (Oh hell, I'm going to have way too many t-shirts for use, just today arrived a WoW Horde t-shirt I won from Pelit-magazine)
  3. Seen any good movies lately?

GitS SAC and the 2nd GIG are the best anime I've ever seen in my life so far. But also Cowboy Bebop series is just awesome. And there's a connection between these series, musics by Yoko Kanno, a true master.
  4. Psycho Store

Those pics were taken with a Nikon E5200.
  5. Psycho Store

He is a little bit on the left side of the poster, and was first kind of hard to find. He's there on the left side of Lili.
  6. Hollywood's two principal actors' unions, the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA), have entered a critical phase of their negotiations with the major producers of video games with odds of a strike regarded as even, Daily Variety reported. Complicating matters, the trade paper observed, is the fact that video game publishers have created no umbrella organization comparable to the Association of Motion Picture & Television Producers to represent them with the unions. It said that one medium-sized publisher wasn't even aware that such talks were going on and appeared "nonplussed" by the possibility of a strike, saying that his company uses mostly non-union talent. A strike would most affect the industry with regard to the use of big names. From Clint Eastwood to Vin Diesel to Heather Graham and even Marlon Brando in EA's "Godfather" adaptation, A-list talent is turning from a rarity to a must-have in the Video game world. SAG is increasingly hungry for residuals to be part of a mix, because when a game hits, it can hit big -- bigger than the heftiest studio blockbuster, in some cases. The current contract is expiring on Friday, that's today. Too bad that Variety isn't free.
  7. Actors Unions may strike video game makers

"Representatives of Screen Actors Guild (SAG), the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (AFTRA) and a group of video game publishers have agreed to extend the current interactive agreements to May 13, 2005. Discussions on successor interactive agreements are continuing. A press blackout remains in effect."
  8. Seen any good movies lately?

I didn't actually watch it right now, but I've seen it couple of times. Last time was in september/october 2004. (But I did watch Pitch Black, Chronicles of Riddick, Boiler Room, Knockaround Guys, A Man Apart and xXx) Hey, now I just finished watching a classic western starring Gary Cooper. The movie is called High Noon. Has anyone else seen it? It has an interesting plot, everything is happening in "realtime", the movie is 1h 30min long and it tells us what happened one day in a small american town during 10.45-12.15 Cooper plays the Marshal in the movie.
  9. Seen any good movies lately?

I just finished my Vin Diesel marathon. I started with Pitch Black and just minutes go ended the marathon with xXx. Now I've gone through all his movies. They sure are entertaining, but IMO Pitch Black was clearly the best movie. And about Superman Returns, the movie will be great in Singer's hands. I've read stuff about the Kevin Smith era Superman movie, and it was pure shit. Thank god that he didn't get to really make it. Also the Burton era Superman was pure shit.

  11. Quake IV

A plot synopsis: Earth is under siege by an alien race. The Strogg are cybernetic warriors--a mechanical frame and decaying body parts stabilized by flesh consumed in a systematic annihilation of other species and civilizations. In a desperate attempt to survive a Strogg attack on Earth, an armada of Earth's finest warriors is sent to take the battle to the Strogg home planet. Earth's initial assault force is nearly annihilated immediately, but one marine manages to infiltrate the base, bring down their planetary defense systems, and kill the Strogg's collective brain and leader--the Makron. Earth assumed the destruction of the Makron would end it all, but it didn't. That's where QUAKE II leaves off and QUAKE 4 begins. The Strogg are quickly regrouping. However, with the Strogg's planetary defenses still destroyed, Earth's forces can deliver a full and final assault. This time, you're not alone. You are Matthew Kane, an elite member of Rhino Squad, and part of Earth's next invasion wave. An army of soldiers are fighting with you and an arsenal of weapons and vehicles are at your disposal in this heroic and epic battle between worlds.

  16. The new Lara

Let's keep the news&pics pouring in, although we are all a little bit psychonauts focused right now. Magic box has a huge set of pics released to the web. http://the-magicbox.com/0504/game050412a.shtml
  17. You've got to be shitting me.

Yeah and Spielberg is producing it.
  18. Psychonauts PC Demo out

Oh man, I seriously can't remember the last time I had this much fun with a game demo. Those keyboard&mouse controls worked perfectly for me. No need to buy those thingamajyck analog controllers. My jaw dropped everytime I saw something move or talk, so I threw my jaw away, it was distracting the game experience way too much. I have seen the light. Only a week to the release, it's a shame though that I have to wait for 2 to 4 weeks to receive the game from Gamestop...
  19. Psychonauts PC Demo out

I was playing Wolf:ET for two hours and the whole hell has broken loose in here while I was gone.
  20. The new Lara

That's a bit from an interview with Toby Gard from the Playstation Magazine called PSM. (I have in my possession a scan containing part of that interview and a scan of a pic from the actual game. I don't know whether I should link those here?)
  21. The Excellent Game Psychonauts

Oh yes they are, but on the other hand so am I. I preordered the damn thing with those crazy shipping costs.
