Oh, heh, yeah. So I do. And so he does.I have always associated Gage with ultimate pwnage. Putting his name there under mine was probably a sort of an emo cry for help or something.

As time goes on such silly labels will disappear. I think this can be linked to the ghetto mentality of insular groups that partially by choice, partially by situation position themselves (mentally if not physically as well) against the society at large. Be it Jews in ghettos, Latinos in barrios, gay people in gay culture. As these groups cease to be primarily concerned with their unique, internal group problems, and as they permeate and become the society around them, the less will these labels be meaningful. Prejudice is in general fueled by both sides; the minority that feels that they're somehow special, and the society that doesn't get it. So what I'm basically saying is that all that gamers are gay Jews.

Speaking of MTV awards, you don't often see good music on there. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5VCWJVvE0Fk The greatest band I've discovered yesterday. The dude on the keyboards is none other than the ever-so-formidable Danger Mouse. The dude singing has a really awesome, almost anachronistic voice, in all some really quality stuff. I have no idea what they're doing on MTV.

Uh... I read it a long time ago... I got a hold of one of those advance prints sent out by publishers for peer review and whatnot... The book was a kind of a life-altering experience... Where the hell does this question come from?!interrobang

In all I really don't care about where all the little blocks fall into place. I like it better unexplained and full of potential, rather than flat and beat to a pulp. However, I wouldn't mind some manner of something a little deeper. It seems it is all mostly straightforward unimpressive action movie story with exposition holes for good measure. It is exciting and all, but just a little too monotonous in its purpose, which is to tease us with its clever puzzles and neat, fluid progression while we travel around killing things. With Alyx being a little more than just an automaton telling me to hurry up, they've done something really clever. I found myself mumbling things such as, "Let's go, darling," "Where are you, girlie?" and so on, which made me feel lonely and pathetic... But then, she never was in any danger. I could accidentally discharge a shotgun into the back of her head or let a grenade-wielding zombine explode in her face and I knew she was just fine. I even kinda used her as a decoy in places. I never needed to share health packs with her or anything like that which would have established more of a basic survival connection between Gordon and her. That is a flaw, I fear. Having her die time and again wouldn't have been particularly joyous, but the overall experience wouldn't feel like playing with someone in god mode. It would've been more fun if we were looking out for each other. Now, about that EP2 spoiler... I wrote far more than I really meant to. It is all kinda redundant anyway.

Quite obviously the mysterious third party to this conflict are the ewoks.
  16. By "great book" do you by any chance mean "pretentious piece of shit"? I'm just kinda checking.
