Even if it did, even if the previewer had absolutely nothing to say, I am absolutely sure they would pull off a really entertaining preview to read.

Earlier today I watched an episode that was extremely unfunny... it almost relied entirely on Family-Guy-like pop culture reference in lieu of the funnies.

I need original music! Are any of you in bands? Or...

Mix something up yourself or use public domain music. -
Man, that is one boring-ass preview, all in all. Maxis should've given the preview code to Eurogamer or something.

The secondary click would teleport you to a small cave in Xen filled with goodies (maybe somewhere else too, I remember teleporting into a part of the training obstacle course at some point, only it was full of evil animals) . There was either a portal there to take you back, or you had to shoot yourself again.
-
There was plenty of portals in H-L and you even had a gun that shot portals in the first expansion.

Shhh! Don't look at him.

mi2 beats mi1 by 1. Hence the 2.

Don't make that comparison, man. Underground cartoons that make it onto network tv need to stick together. That said, Zim is long dead, and this thing hasn't been born yet. Don't jinx it...

Always impressed with how subtle and deliberate Valve artists' colour choice tends to be. This be quite orgasmic.

Hot shit in spite of the WTF.

Man, this is so good that I fear it will not be picked up.

Trust me, you don't want to know.

???EDIT: Allow me to clarify my sentiment, Cate Blanchett and Benicio Del Toro would be awesome, but Orlando BLoom?! WTF?! It would need to be someone older with a smoker's voice. I don't even know why I am spending this much processing power on this retarded news (?) story! :(

What do you think will happen in the middle east?

BUTTS! :buyme: -
I recently tried to play Populous and I walked away wanting to play Darwinia. The only real beef I have with the game is that they could've gotten an artist to sit down and pick some colours for them. All the colors in the game are awfully rabid and wrong and kinda tedious.

Recent movies: Pirates, A Scanner Darkly, The Matador...

As this guy I know would say, although not specifically in this context: -
Perhaps, but that changes little. He's still a freak.

These people were having fun making the film. The Shack seems to be full of people who think there hasn't been enough character development and whatnot, but I felt there was plenty. I mean, most of these characters were already defined in the previous movie, this time around they were defined just a little bit more. They were defined enough, very subtly, somewhat slyly. Usually I feel spoon-fed character development by Hollywood, this time around it was shown through some action without much elaboration, I thought. This is me talking here, Intellecto McFascist, Literature Snob PhD. BUT you may want to take that with a grain of salt. I was horribly sleep-deprived, kinda under-fed and generally loopy when I saw it. Between the voodoo lady, the random... ...it reminded me of Monkey Island moreso than the first installment. -
The only reason I think Ron Gilbert should be given a royalty check for the movie is the outrageous plot twists that are so very totally Monkey Islandish.

This game did not need to be an adventure game. It didn't need to be a game, but more importantly it didn't need to be an adventure. It would've been so much better if it had some Beyond Good and Evil light platforming gameplay (oh, man that would've been so sweet), or something more Thiefy, again very apt. Oh, god, I was so disappointed. I blame Randy and his vocal enclave of fundamentalists. The fact that this time around all the characters were zoomed in on in conversations didn't really do much good for the overal cinematic feel either. When the camera is far away, like in the previous game, you can excuse the total lack of body language and emotiveness because of your relative distant vantage point, you can fill in the blanks based on the delivery of lines... but this was frighteningly flat in places. It was like a stiffly-acted, badly edited film. Badly edited because the game in this "game" is running in the streets between story nodes, something that would've been mostly cut out and implied by any proficient editor. For some reason I cannot force myself to say outright that it is just an awful game, because there is this great, transcendental feeling of disappointment buffering the outright dismissal of the whole experience. Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy I just tossed out without a blink because it was total shit, but this... just... ;( What have you done, Ragnar?! I believed in you! So much was wasted!

Not to mention that it doesn't make any sense, what with Jake, Chris and the, uh, robot in the picture.
