I am not so sure about this.

Let alone one that can play Minecraft.

Observe the little images I attached on the second page and the last one in the minecraft thread in the network gaming forum. Baiscally, if you duplicate the head off to the empty space to the right of the head sides, you get the secondary head layer, which appears hovery outside the primary head.

On a mac, you have to ctrl+v rather than command+v, but it does work.

I kindof like how water behaves. It is somewhat ridiculous and abstracted, but there are so many weird and ridiculous and abstracted things in this game, it doesn't bother me.

The yellow dots are prolly gold, or maybe iron. You have break the latter with a pick made of stone or better for it to drop a cube, and the former with a pick of steel or better to do so. Hoes have two functions, left click and right click. One of them plows, the other one harvests. If you plow a little bit of earth, you will collect enough seeds to grow a little patch of wheat.

Gawd, I really enjoyed that. I dunno what it is about this game that makes it so much fun to see what other people have created.

I managed to get in for a second and snap some more pictures of Erwin's burning dreams. However, only a dinky part of the world loaded around me. And then the server kicked me out. Maybe ysbreker set to auto update and is now waiting in line to download and whatnot?

Ah, WTF! Fraps didn't save any of the screenshots for reasons unknown. I saw the framerate overlay and everything. Bizarre. Maybe it wasn't enough that I simply minimized the game client while I fired up Fraps?

I can connect to my account anywhere too, but I have not been able to connect to my game files from anywhere but home. Savegames live locally. Even the single player downloadable launcher (a simple java wrapper) connects to the game assets and things on the main server, and caches stuff. The music has been sounding like shit lately because it is being streamed, from what I understand. But frankly, there is so much weird shit about this game out there that I am not really sure wtf is true and what seems true on most counts. I am pretty sure the savegames do not live on the minecraft servers, however.

Just run around until you see some in a cliffside. Coal is relatively easy to spot.

The savegames are local, unless you're playing on someone's server.

They appear at night. First order of business in general is make a bunker.

That thing that looks like coal is a flint. It gets pooped out by gravel. You know gravel because it falls down when it doesn't have support under it; all other blocks can float in mid air. Yellow stuff is sand. Blue-grayish stuff that looks like sand close to water is clay.

Can you do anything with those? I didn't know you could grow cacti either. Actually I haven't seen cacti for quite some time. And as for papyrus, I've destroyed all papyrus that was close to my home to make those bookshelves that burned down. Awesome that it too can be grown tho.

What is cartograph, precious?

I haven't actually encountered any of those dudes.

What are those green jawbreaker-looking things you have in one of the chests? Also, one can grow the papyrus or whatever that shit is?

I can't tell if spam robots are getting better at emulating humans, or if humans have lost all sense of sense.

The wiki sometimes has weird information in it. A host of facts still refers to some old builds of the game. So for example, what's up with the mine carts in multiplayer? I stumbled upon this cart on your server that was just sitting at a weird corner by a cliffside. I hit it and it pooped out a little collectable cart icon (which I couldn't pick up), and then proceeded to spaz out forever without disappearing. I dug out the part of the cliff around it and it stayed in mid air forever, flipping out. At one point I even got stuck in it somehow and was shaken for ten, fifteen seconds until I got lose. I take it they don't quite function yet? They need a more comprehensive FAQ, or something that describes relatively accurately the state of the game and what is still busted. Considering there is a dude on board who does support now, that may be coming up.
