Mein Thumbcraft—IdleT Dedicated Minecraft Server

OMG What does this mean? -
I haven't been able to reliably play it since XP SP2. Frankly, I would rather not have Lucas Arts remake this. Slap vertical bars for people that have larger monitors and maybe turn on some anti-aliasing, maybe some slightly higher-fidelity models (use hands from cut scenes, for example) and poop it onto Steam. Done!

Huh, it looks like it could be corruption. I'll have to crank out new maps, haven't done so in a while. When I get home today. -
Why not? It is the part of the package. Even if game is good, we can still say that the trailer was shit and detracted from how awesome the game was—a prime example of awful trailer-making, etc.

There's the Washington Wizards as well: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Washington_Wizards Fun fact: the Wizards' mascot is, quite naturally, the G-Man. I would like to think that shoots magical puffins or something and not merely t-shirts.

New rules: admins will light your fires if you need fires to be lit. -
Huh, so it seems they did release the Deathspank patch, only without an accompanying update notice anywhere on steam or their website. So yay, I can start the game! But boo, now I am having sound issues. It will run fine, the video will play at 60fps (according to fraps), doesn't seem it's lacking ram or anything, but the music and the audio in cut scenes will stutter and skip. I am defragging now, hope it helps some. Poops all around.

It is a glitch, I understand. Blame Notch. -
Ahahaha, christ. We should just move all the spam posts into this thread instead of rubbing them out.

Hey, how hard can it be to find a person who doesn't play games for the third podcaster? Not very, I would imagine. IdleT Baston FTW.
-
I would be playing this now, what with Minecraft's current unplayability, if it weren't for the stupid requirements. F5 F5 F5 F5 F5 ...

Everybody knows Tim Schafer makes flops. Just like Terry Gilliam. -
There are online apps that facilitate secret santas.

I wish I had a backup of the Church of Tim. Sadly, it's completely gone. Maybe that is for the best. -
Hey everyone else was being constructive (including, I felt, me above), so whatever.

If this is all too complicated—and who has the time to go through all this rigamarole!—you might as well just go to a girlfriend shop and buy one. Don't go to one of those big-box places that sell girlfriends from the girlfriend mills, talk to a small scale breeders. Make sure to take her out for a walk, see if you get along. Play a game or something. Remember, a girlfriend is a huge responsibility and not for the faint of heart.

What a bizarre wet dream you have there.

It is really hard to look back and think of how I did it. But everyone is giving you really sound advice. Women = men. Tips and tricks = dumb, counterproductive. Be you, WYSIWYG = FTW. Etc. Go to places where Group Things Are Done that Appeal To Your Interests (concerts, coffeeshops, art openings, lectures, ice skating rinks, whatever)—there, People Like You congregate and it's easier to find compatible matches. A friend of mine met his current girlfriend at a spelunking club meet. They expressed interest in one another by scribbling notes in guano laced muck at a bottom of some cave—"I kindof like you," + "I kindof like you too", or whatever, I don't remember the details. But the bottom line is, they're both super dorky people and it was a super silly thing to do in a supper silly place, it was all improv by relaxed people, and they hit it off from there. The very fact that you're asking for advice means that you're anxious. Don't be. It is a very unstructured process. And frankly, the fact that the girl is in a serious relationship shouldn't discourage you. When I met my wife, she was in a serious relationship that obviously wasn't, even though she presented it as such...

It is a little heavy-handed noirwise and maybe a tad uninspired themewise from what I can see in that trailer. The faces do look less awful than your standard, super-realistic , tho. Still too goddamn shiny and with little dead eyes, but not offensive. 7.0 out of 10
