That is all...

You're Slovenian, right? Slovenia is more like Central Europe... It isn't even in the Balkans... it is an Alpine country tacked on to the rest of the shit by association...
-
Southern Europe?

Croteam is a Croatian company. There is really no infrastructure in Croatia to support an endeavour of a game-making kind and still they manage to pull it off. Korea has a serious game-making community by comparison.

There is this utensil that I found recently in a cowboy store called a cattle marker, it is this thick greasy stick of relatively low-quality pigment that just begs to be used on walls, vandalism-fashion. I'm having a hard time not taking them out and beautifying the walls around the neighborhood... it cleans up easily, unfortunately, but the marks it makes are more my style than spray-paint. Is it art? Sure. They're not so much taking beautiful facades and knocking them down or covering them with thick, greasy fluorescent pink paint -- which is what vandalism is -- as much as picking out really ugly walls in the run-down neighbourhood and turning them into something aesthetically uninsulting... relatively speaking.

This game must be good. Or something.

I thought there was some sort of a system at play there that I wasn't getting... I never gave it enough thought, though... Who wudda thunk it was just stupid design...

Speaking of which, what happened to that Idle Thumbs site? It has fallen into obscurity some two weeks or so ago...

As everybody knows, people in creative fileds are at their most dedicated when their superiors are incompetent, megalomaniacal and vicious.

Funny, horrifying or good news? V.Smile, the first educational gaming console!

Why don't they port Humongous and Hulabee games to this monstrosity? I hate these condescending game systems that the adults develop to "teach" children something or other through lacklustre gratuitously "teachy" gameplay. -
My internet being pathetic at times, and having only a 20 gig hard disk (mostly full), I am going to get me the hard bronze copy once it comes out, evil or no.

Aye, that I am.

And Kotor is the name of a port on the Adriatic in Montenegro, that is certainly a bit freaky.

I find it funny that Valve provides laundry service to its peeps, while EA whips theirs until they fall appart into a bloody pile of meat, bone and offal. What is even more firghtening is that both are perfectly viable production models in the industry. Also, now, having read the 91 tomes on the labour pains of half-life 2's parents, I am less sure about the awesomeness of the game... I mean, I too saw the scenery-like, cardboard cutout feel of some in-game bits we've seen a year and a half ago, but I figured they were negligible; I trusted these motherfuckers... unbeknownst to me, they only begun making the game proper a year ago... Another item worth noting: a very rich person funding the game with no reserve is a good thing. The game industry needs to sport more patrons of Gabe's caliber...

I figured it out rather swiftly. Oh, and btw,

I have a problem with timing-out in Firefox... the internet lately has been extremely sluggish and more often than not stuff times out, but if I opened the stuff in the new window or a new tab, the time-outed window would not display a link in the address bar, the address bar and the page would be blank, so I woul have to remember what link I clicked to open the new window and go click it again... which if I am opening 25 new forum messages to read is fucking tedious... especially the sedond time when the windows that didn't load the first time fail to load and I don't remember which ones didn't load....

I bet he visits this site regularly. We just attract such freaks...

I haven't had me one of them pinko commie collective intellectual property programs in a while. I know that there was Kazaa, but then Kazaa became evil and then there was Kazaa Lite which then became evil but then there was something new... which has since probably become totally evil... What is the current hot file sharing program?

I would exterminate stupid boring wankers and RPG enthusiasts -- but I repeat myself.

If you want a really powerful invisibility ring, go to Gnisis and head north-west of town, following the road. Somewhere out there you will stumble upon a pool of water in a relatively deep hollow and there will be a woman standing there. If you're powerful feel free to do her bidding, otherwise just ignore her. Look around you towards Khuul. Soon enough you will spot a barely visible fellow walking around. He won't talk to you, but nothing is preventing you from just killing him and taking his ring.

We are not supposed to say anything bad about Cars because we love Purcell.

Ok, that is not funny. I am trying to reform my fundamentalist roots here folks! Making me think about Grim Fandango smileys is not a good way to help me on my twelve-step journey towards secularism.

That was a compliment, you whore. Go hump a globe or something.
