oh and the 'advantage' of pci-express is that you can place more than one videocard into your system. The so-called SLI setup. It costs a fortune and isn't really worth it (yet?) but that is one of the advantages of PCI-express

This guy got a smart idea. Get 5000 fans to buy stuff from you via your website (downloads/goodies/tickets/whatever) and you can stop working your daytime job. This is a very good idea I think. Who needs a record company when you got the web on your side? There is just one (minor?) snag: this is on a yearly basis… youd have to get those 5k of fans to buy $20 of stuff every year. But I really like the idea and I know it can be done. Look at the webcomic artists. they do it all the time. I know I have I saw The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou which is an amazing spoof on jaques coustea and at the same time a great story about family life and love. It's from the same people that made rushmore and the royal tenenbaums. IT's even got most of the cast from those 2 movies aswell. I also saw Finding Neverland which also blew me pretty much away. Johnny depp and kate winslet in one movie = win I tell you!. The next movie I saw was national treasure which was a load of crap with nicolas cage in it. don't see it unless you want to switch off your brain and eat popcorn. And finally I saw garden state. Go watch this movie people. this is hands down the best movie I have seen this last year. (next to eternal sunshine and life aquatic)

I was more awed by the PDA/touchscreen on the controller and the gyroscope thingy that registers the motions you make with the controller than with the whole 3D holo cube thing.

the precise location of california can be altered. maybe move it down south for the winters? and in front of the french coast during the summer? Oh and airlifting is an option that might be very usefull. saves us from going through the north pole or the panama canal.

The machinist is very good. especially if you like mindfuckers. I very much recommend watching it.

Actually that scene took 3 days to record. According to IMDB at least. And surprise, surprise I actually dreamed about oldboy last night... Damn what a movie My Neighbour Totoro is awesome! The racoon wars is strange but fun too. But primarily watch spirited away. it is awesome.

OK. I'm still feeling really strange after seeing Oldboy. What an amazing movie. The camera work was amazing. The acting superb. The art direction was also so damn good. The story was.. well special. I can't describe the feeling. It makes you really think to say the least Time to see chan wook's other movies on vengeance.

Did you try trackmania sunrise? or Scrapland? It looks pretty damn sparkly and awesome on my system The only gripe with that game is the missed potential of the game :/
