  1. Happy birthday Ginger

Happy birthday Ginger! Here's a nice Fun fact! for your birthday: You happen to share your birthday with this:
  2. What are you waiting for?

Enemy Territory: Quake wars is game number one through ten on my most wanted list now. After that it's HL2: Episode 2 and portal. Beyond that I'm rather interested to see what Bioshock and Fallout 3 will be like. Other than that I'm having more than enough fun playing Wolvenstein Enemy Territory, Test drive unlimited and X-COM: terror from the deep (Thank you for ruining my sleep, again!)
  3. Oahu! Fast Cars! Complete Freemdom!

You could always try. Send us a postcard from the slammer! Wait till you get to drive in the Ferrari Enzo or the Saleen Or even better yet, just make a test drive in them! You get to race around for 10 minutes completely for free!
  4. Jack Black is AWESOME

Because he was on American Idol? See Noyb's post a few post's up.
  5. Oahu! Fast Cars! Complete Freemdom!

Try ramming a police car and scrape of some bystander's car paint. Before you know it you got a level 3 police force after you complete with roadblocks. But on the first level it's not at all hard to shake them off. Just don't hit any cars and you'll loose them soon enough
  6. Oahu! Fast Cars! Complete Freemdom!

And even without a steering wheel it's loads of fun cruising around the island. When I first started I decided to do a round trip around the island. It took me some 3 hours. OK I did some challenges on the way. But I was having fun just cruising around. You gain 'experience' with each race, challenge and achievement you win. And every time you reach a new level more races get unlocked. You can track your progress when you're in your house, under the heading info I believe.
  7. Movie/TV recommendations

Speaking of upcoming movies: I think this movie is going to kick all kinds of ass! I mean killer zombie sheep? Awesome!
  8. DS = DANGER!

Heh, pretty impressive feat tho. Driving and pictochatting at the same time? Impressive!
  9. Jack Black is AWESOME

Does it mean that owning that very same shirt makes me a bit awesome aswell?
  10. DS = DANGER!

I'm sorry Nick :/ I didn't mean to hurt your feelings. Honest! But seeing this bit of fox quality reporting again, makes me wonder why the Americans haven't become completely paranoid yet and still haven't boarded up their country completely and started wearing tissue boxes for shoes what with all their fear mongering media and scare tactics abusing government.
  11. Wii number exchange

You've got the opera browser, right? So plenty of possible pr0n for the wii. No need for DVD-playback
  12. DS = DANGER!

Someone call the Retro police! I think I saw this bit of fox "quality reporting" earlier on these very same forums. *Goes on a thread-hunt*
  13. Movie/TV recommendations

Wrestlevania: Do give Heroes a try. I bet you and the missus V will like it very much.
  14. Movie/TV recommendations

I'm watching it. Mostly out of habit tho. And I hate it when I get an unfinished story. They nearly lost me with the end of the 2nd season but I'm rather liking season 3. But still very frustrating that there isn't given any real answers to the big questions.
  15. Mario Strikers Charged

Speaking of elebits eledees How would you rate this game? Is it worth buying? Or should I wait a bit and snatch it out of a bargain bin somewhere?
  16. Vending machine conspiracy continues!

Yep, just like wolvenstein, doom, dark forces and even doom II. You couldn't do true 3D. One hallway crossing on top of another was impossible in those engines. Quake was the first true 3D engine if I'm not mistaken.
  17. Playing FPSes on a laptop

Why not plug in an external keyboard as well? This means you can place your laptop further away and a bit higher so you don't have to look down into your screen. This also gives you a more comfortable sitting position as an added bonus! (These things are very useful but a bit pricey)
  18. Starcraft 2

Can I say that I'm not at all impressed by the ingame bits they show in the artwork trailer? I think Relic already did this and much better. I mean Warhammer 40k: dawn of war looks at least as good as starcraft 2 does now. I'd rather have a W40K sequel. Not withstanding I'll most likely play starcraft 2 when it comes out and enjoy it very much. Relic entertainment is so incredibly underrated it's not fair :/
  19. The Grams

Hmm, That might be a nice idea! A get together to celebrate the mechagoose:tup:
  20. The Grams

Of course I would have come over!
  21. The Grams

And you didn't think to invite us? I still wish you a very happy birthday tho! Enjoy it while it lasts
  22. The Grams

So when is this birthday party of yours?
  23. Averting the climate crisis

And how did you think that happened? I presume you're talking about the acid rain? We (as a people) got rid of that by changing the way we live. For instance switching from leaded to unleaded fuel. That ozone layer hole we still have is not getting much bigger now that we've stopped using CFk's in our fridges and spraying cans. Who says we can't stop this current issue by making changes? And don't bring up that 'debunking' of Gore's movie. It's just nitpicking the tiny details of his movie. It's about the message as a whole: The climate is changing. It's changing fast. And we're to blame. There is no denying that. I understand that making a solar panel takes a lot of energy. But if you use green energy to make them doesn't that negate the fact that they cost so much energy to make in the fist place? And what's so inefficient about offshore windpower plants? I myself do too little in for my part in this matter and I have to get me some green power and change some lightbulbs to led versions. But I am sure our climate is changing and I'm convinced it is our own doing.
  24. Pokemon Friend Codes
