Mach 3 or Quattro? Which razor do you think Ben (Full Throttle) prefers?
tabacco replied to Chris's topic in Idle Banter
I use an electric. It's a slightly older Norelco, and it works fairly well, although I have really sensitive skin so it hurts pretty badly starting about 5 minutes after I shave. Which is why I only bother about once a week or so. And by the way, while it does hurt it's a lot less than it did when I used to shave with a Mach 3 (and yes, with shaving cream). -
It's kind of turn-based strategy, but not quite. Download it and give it a try

I'm omicronian, and I'm usually on server 2.

Heh... not only do I live by the ocean, but Santa Cruz has the third cleanest air of any city in the US. -

Pfft... Frank Gehry is everywhere. He even designed the administration building at Disneyland. At the rate that man's architecture spreads, it's entirely possible that my bathroom was designed by Frank Gehry. -

Heh... indeed they are. About a 50/50 mix between the UK Corgi printings and the US HarperCollins/HarperPrism printings. And Yufster: thanks, I took the second picture -
The trouble with comparing movies to games (or music) is that movies have a two-step release system where games, music, etc. only have one. Movies rely on box office income to recoup the bulk of their production costs, and then home video sales are their way of ensuring that the product continues to make money, albeit less, well after the box office run has ended. Games and Music, on the other hand, rely only on retail sales for their income, so they have to be priced higher to accomodate for that.

Oh, I almost forgot. I'm also playing gunbound, which is free from http://www.gunbound.net -- I wish it were out for OSX so I could play it at work

Yes... I too live within public transit reach of Double Fine Productions I reside in Santa Cruz, California. Identified by the Daily Show as the city with the highest ratio per capita of white guys with dreadlocks. Our downtown-type area. A view toward Monterey Bay from the UCSC campus. The Boardwalk My work area (Note that crappy chair has since been replaced by non-crappy leather chair) -
What server do you use on CoH? I'm currently playing "The Cast Member" on Infinity.

That's true, really. Plus, come to think of it, I don't know all that many people who own mics By the way, I did have an idea about setting up a TeamSpeak server on this box and using it to handle conference-call type stuff, but it ended up being far too much effort for far too little benefit.

Right now, I'm concentrating on City of Heroes.

I would if I had anyone to call. The trouble is, most people I need to talk to already use AIM/ICQ/etc. which is just as efficient for communicating.

A real fake accent.

Heh.. over and over and over and over...

Your mom plays Sam and Max? Um... here in Santa Cruz it's traditional to gather on weekdays ending in 'y' to protest an arbitrarily chosen corporation for, as near as I can tell, being a corporation. But then again, this city is full of the kind of nutjobs who enjoy that sort of thing.

Any can do an impression of either Mickey Mouse or one of the pepperpot ladies from Monty Python. Does that help?

It's nice, actually, being able to see all of their content. But who needs GameSpot now that Idle Thumbs is open?

What would be really sad is if he faked his own death intending to come back in 20 years, but then actually died before 20 years elapsed.

We're not going to know until they make any announcement public.

Eh... never that big a Kaufman fan, so I don't much care either way

You should submit it to http://www.davebarry.com/rockbandlist.html

Actually, it was kinda fun. At least, the demo level I played was. And the green goo is called a "rubber soul" attack (beatles fans eat your heart out). It works like a whip, basically, except that you can pick people up with it and smack them into the ground/other enemies.
