I'd way rather have the Mission Impossible style logo from that E3 trailer way back in 2002. It was much much cooler.
-
They could be doing both. I have this mental image of a bunch of beach chairs out in the sun with XDKs under them in the shade
-
That seems logical to me. Either that or they're all in the Bahamas or something.
-
Yeah, but I think the point of Fable is that it's only a long game if you want it to be.
-
I have 6 more to give out, so PM me if you want one.
-
Microsoft as publisher pretty much guarantees an Xbox-exclusive release, at least for the time being.
-
I have one to give away if anyone wants it.
-
I have the Arcanum soundtrack. It really is great, you're right.

There's actual content up on the American Dad site: http://www.fox.com/americandad This looks awesome. Seth McFarlane rules

http://techboy.home.comcast.net/americandad.wmv <-- The 6-minute pilot. It's pretty good for a pilot.
-
Realtime pool is fun too

I'll give you a sign: No dancing!
-
Yeah, I love that soundtrack. I love "Fun and mini-games" and "Dancing with Domz," although Propaganda is good too But remember, no matter how good the music is, Oh, and congrats on the new computer, Kingz

I got two and gave them away long ago. I haven't gotten one in months. If I ever do, I'll offer it up here.

There are numbers, but I found that it didn't really matter all that much. I didn't have to spend hours wandering around leveling up in order to progress in the game. You can, but you don't have to. I found you could gain almost as many XP by doing quests and stuff, which are infinitely more fun (i.e. figure out how to fake the death of the guy with a mob contract on his life, etc.). And unlike a lot of the RPGs I've played, I actually sort of cared about the characters and the story. I mean, I played NWN, and I just couldn't care less if anyone I ran across died, but the KOTOR characters are pretty well developed. If you don't love HK-47 by the end of the game, you're some kind of weirdo who doesn't belong in polite society
-
I'm not really sure what you mean by 'complicated.' Do you mean the story, the controls, etc.?
-
KOTOR and BG&E (although neither is really exclusive). But coming up soon is Jade Empire, which will be awesome Also, Fable looks pretty cool.

Well, I can't speak for everyone but the reason I use an Xbox controller is that I own an Xbox and two controllers already, so there's no need to buy yet a third controller.
-
Well, the Xbox controllers actually are USB devices, so all it really does is adapt the plug. The "software" it includes is just a set of Windows drivers for the controller. After that, it's just set up as a regular Windows gamepad device, so you can use it on any game that supports a gamepad. Recently, I was using it to play Grim Fandango.

I bought my adapter here: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=41015&item=8122929601&rd=1 The "Super Joy Box 9" is what I have, and it works pretty well. Gotta love import electronics' names
-
Hey, wait, that sounds just like another developer/publisher. Can't quite put my finger on the name, though... Hucas-something, wasn't it?
-
It's now official, along with a PC port: http://www.majescogames.com/press/aug0404.php

By the way, on the subject ofAdvent Rising, reps from Majesco I talked to at E3 said that if it does well, they may make other Orson Scott Card-based games, possibly an Ender's Game title.
-
Yeah, damn those Infocom people and all that action they're always sneaking in (Seriously, though, was there another?)
