Psychonauts (PC) Boy this was a long time coming. I remember purchasing this the day it released on Steam - must've been 2011. I played the first 15 minutes a few times but because I only had a MacBook it didn't run very well. Jump ahead 5 years I finally built a gaming PC and decided to play it. Boy what a game, aside from a few minor things mostly down to the 3D platformer game genre with controls / camera stuff the game was awesome. The game still visually looks great (apart from low texture cut scenes), the levels are so creative and fun. Shame you enter a point of no return state towards the end of the game. I would've liked to run around camp post game. Took me around 12/13 hours and I will most definitely go back into some of the levels in the future. Two thumbs up for me! I am all in for Psychonauts 2 -- now the long wait!

Oxenfree I'd heard some good things when it launched at the start of the year. The DLC podcast interviewed the game lead a while back and the game sounded pretty interesting. Seeing as I only had a PS4 at the time I kinda just forgot about it. Skip ahead, it launched on PS4 recently but I managed to get it on the Humble store for something like 40% off. I had avoided everything about this game because I heard to go in completely blind, so apart from its about a group of kids and has this cool atmosphere and mystery I knew nothing. Oh, and I knew the game had an awesome dialogue / speech system which was really fresh and different. So yeah, I finished the game in maybe 4 or 5 hours. Normally when I finish games I just move on to the next one, but I want to immediately want to start it back up due to the dialogue choices and every collectable I missed. Wow this game was great. The art is beautiful, the soundtrack is outstanding and I bought it instantly from Bandcamp. The mystery, atmosphere and everything was great. I enjoyed the dialogue mechanic. It's a little weird interrupting and cutting off the other characters because I would like to hear what they have to say. Sometimes it would interrupt them and other times your character (Alex) would wait until they've finished talking before she spoke. But as far as a "natural" dialogue flow in a game its one of the best. I completely recommend it, and go in blind like I did.

Boy the frame rate on PS4 stinks, its kinda ruining the new DLC for me. The frame rate sucks normally anyway, but the setting is pretty cool in Far Harbor but whenever i'm out walking or in combat the game feels sub 20 fps constantly.

Watching Hitman its great so far. Nice to see Spaff too!

I thoroughly enjoyed the beta on PS4, it was unfortunately cut short with the release of Uncharted 4 (which I managed to get four days early). I think i'll grab it eventually on PS4 maybe in a month or two.

I never realized I needed a Chocolate Factory simulator until you guys mentioned it. I would love a American McGee presents Tim Burton's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl: The game simulator 2K16.

I got mine this morning! I have played just under 5 hours so far. Game is pretty incredible so far. It looks and plays so well. The character interactions, dialogue back and forth is so good, very natural and believable - really puts you into the experience. The attention to detail is ridiculous too. I love just stopping and looking around. Playing with the sony gold 7.1 headset with the Uncharted Collection audio profile is awesome. Way better than just out the TV. Not a spoiler in terms of the game but extra. Hard to describe really..
