  3. In fact, not at all. I don't own that game and I don't know its system. Ici was created out of a blank sheet of paper. The biggest influences are "A Savage War of Peace" (of course), it was the main source for my chits, and David Galula's "Pacification in Algeria 1956-1958". A very interesting book.
