  1. "If Big Ed isnt in this episode im gonna kick off!" -me, a minute before the episode started. I nearly burst! This just gets better and better. I loved this episode During the latest installment of Dougie eats some cake, the person I watched it with was laughing but I couldnt stop thinking that Daisy Domergue was gonna burst in and shoot Janey in the head. Cant be alone there surely. And when I saw Sunset Blvd on the tv my thought process was "ahh nice, one of Lynch's favourite films, where he got the name Gor... OH MY GOD ITS GONNA HAPPEN"
  2. I loved the serious business time Andy moment this week. Showing him actually do something! Him and Lucy have been painted as utter incompetents this season and it so great and surprising seeing Andy involved in that way.
  3. I was so, so happy to see my main man Big Ed and then was immediately very sad. This episode was fantastic, Cooper punching a hole in that guys face! The henchman watching an episode of Twin Peaks on a giant screen, the conga! So great, so many great moments and a perfect mix of the old and the new. Really tense and exciting Doppeldale bits and funny Dougie bits and really bittersweet moments with the OG cast. One of my favourite episodes so far. Both me and my brother were completely disbelieving at the musical interlude. "Surely not...". I guess James has always been cool
  4. Albert knows that Diane is a baddie so what's he doing showing her coordinates!? Had he intentionally altered or obscured them as some kind of test!? Who knows? But what I do know is that this episode was brilliant. Cooper s voice at its most Cooper like when he said "Damn good", Hastings getting the THIS IS THE WATER AND THIS IS THE WELL treatment, the strange electrical storm and Albert stopping Gordon from getting fucked through the portal and everything Dougie does continues to either make me laugh or cry. All the strange goings on in Twin Peaks too what the heck was that exorcist kid about? Evil is alive in Twin Peaks.
  5. I fuckin love the black and white bits b with the giant. He has such a striking face! I liked this episode a great deal. Not sure about the Laura orb but the v person I watched it with thought that was being sent to DougieCoop to snap him out of it.
  6. This week I really, really loved Janey. Wasn't sure about her at first but she's so great. Her exasperated, determined march and the way she explained what happened during the attack to the police. Naomi Watts is fantastic. I've seen loads of talk about Cooper raping Diane and that didn't even occur to me at all when I was watching it. Don't know why people are jumping to that. I'll have to watch it again!
  7. You guys mention not believing that 25 thousand would be acceptable when 52 is owed. I assumed that they were just trying to pull a fast one because they are dealing only with Janey and she asks them how much he owes them. What I don't understand is why Janey didn't just give em the 50 out if the 400 thousand? Anyway that bit was great.
  8. The opening scene to this episode was a real heartbreaker, man! Cooper actually sounded sad when responding to the policeman. Clutching something familiar to his chest and curiously poking at something else he recognises, I just find everything with this cooper either heartbreaking or hilarious it's really amazing to watch. I know a lot of people think that he's suddenly going to snap in to life, and we get a suggestion of that here from the one armed man but I'd be okay with never getting the OG cooper back. Instead he just slowly learns to be a real distinct person. And when he says "... Help Dougie" :' (
  9. Not personally but in the UK there's this TV show called Gogglebox where you basically watch normal people watching different TV shows and reacting to them, basically "youtube reacts" the TV show. They showed them the Twin Peaks The return part 1 and 2 and everybody hated it. Was quite funny to watch actually.
  10. I loved this (surprise!) It's really settling in now. - I was so excited to see Norma! Absolutely beaming smile on my face, if big Ed pops up next week I may burst -Wasnt sure if I was seeing things or not with cooper in the mirror, especially because last episode when Dougie looks in the mirror I actually did imagine an effect that made his reflection look younger. So good. -what the heck is going on. Lots of things are happening -hated the gross guy in the bar -the guy in the office being converted to green tea was absolutely delightful. I am enjoying vacant shuffling Cooper, it's really funny and sad but it's very strange how everyone just goes along with it. Was he just half a person before due to being a creation of Doppeldale or whatever he is? Ooh the episode is up...
  11. Yeah maybe! And do you think that will be the woman Albert and Coke are taking about? I always liked the idea that Diane wasnt actually a real person and was just what Dale called his tape recorder or whatever to better organise his thoughts. But he talks to her face to face in a (rubbish) deleted scene of the film
  12. Yeah, I agree I think it would have been really shitty and cheesy if coffee had brought him back. I really thought that's what was coming though and thought "please no" and then was so surprised. I really love that whole scene.
  13. Other podcasts

This is a great podcast and promises to get better as it goes a long. All Units is a podcast about thrillers. I like the way this guy talks about films, he did a good horror series too, check it out if you are in to the films. https://itunes.apple.com/ie/podcast/all-units/id1241776225 http://thewonderofitall.xyz/all-units/
  14. Nah man, I don't think you can apply any logic or reason to the red Room. Just because he says a few words in there doesn't mean he's all there. What even is it! Don't think that means anything. I like the idea he's fucked from sitting there for 25 years or however long 25 years feels in there
  15. Just realised I posted my original post about In the wrong thread. Sorry!
  16. I I think that some speculation is fine but if you start trying to look for meaning in everything all you're gonna be doing when you watch the show is looking for clues and not being absorbed. At least fir me.
  17. That would also make sense with the line:"Do you know where she lives?" "I know where she drinks" Because she just sits at home drinking all day. But then how does he know that? Urgh. Speculation is pointless. And you could actually stumble on the right answer that's suck!
  18. This is probably my favourite episode so far and not just because of the premium Albert trademark Zingers. I love the bewildered old man Cooper cluelessly shuffling around. The breakfast scene was brilliant. Something weird going on with the casino staff. I loved it in the series when normal people rubbed up against the weird supernatural stuff and took the piss or dismissed it so I was very much in to "I'll have to discuss it with my pinecone" Gordon Cole is an actual Character now instead of just popping up as David Lynch occasionally, really loved his scenes with Albert and the Cooper interview was really exciting. I really thought he was just going to launch straight in to a dead on Cooper impression. "Apologies in advance for Albert" love it. Got really sad about Miguel Ferrer after this episode.
  19. David Lynch tearfully receiving a standing ovation, with a beaming smile and a disbelieving shake of the head has made me very happy today.
  20. You see Bob from her point of view. Just always thought white horse=death
  21. -I loved the scenes when Dale first got out the lodge and just looked like a small, confused old man, shuffling around. "Hellllllloooooo" - Absolutely no idea what's going on with Dougie - Garland Briggs SPACE FACE! - Didn't like the Bunnies bit, that bit has been quoted and gifed and memed to death so that bit felt like the most fan servicey "hey remember this lol!" bit so far. - Albert <3
  22. I think they are two separate situations. Leland was possessed by Bob and knew what he was doing, at least in FWWM(and I much prefer it that way than the way it was presented in the show) and here Dale and Doppeldale are entirely separate.
  23. I just assumed that the "something about your heritage" was Glastonbury Grove.
