  1. I don’t think Danielle Riendeau or the Idle Thumbs crew meant to sound that way, but I had a similar reaction of frustration with the conversation. It did sound (unintentionally) elitist to me, too. I think dissecting humor is extremely difficult, and I don't think a candid podcast is the place to get honed arguments for any position.
