Idle Thumbs 231: Computer Processing Unit
jennegatron replied to Jake's topic in Idle Thumbs Episodes & Streams
My dad, IMO, the best dad, came to visit me in April and brought my mom's laptop specifically so he could log into world of tanks each day to ensure he didn't miss out on anything good. -
I'm far more offended by Fear's poorly considered underwear selfie.

Esports Today 10/6/2015: LoL's Chaos in the Old World
jennegatron replied to Rob Zacny's topic in Esports Today Discussion
(I was talking to ewokskick about PPD's draft and he said in match one they tried to ignore broodmother and give sumail something he's good at, and when that didn't work they instead counterpicked the broodmother with something sumail's not good at and both times they lost. it seems like they need to figure out how to deal with broodmother!) -

I love Aui_2000 and I jeered and taunted EG when they lost today, and I felt good. I'm petty and vengeful and I'm okay with that!.

In that article there is one instance of a baby being found dead with a cat on top of it. The baby had already died. There's no reason to scare a parent with a brand new baby into thinking his cat is going to kill it.

ughh. cats don't kill babies. http://www.snopes.com/critters/wild/catsuck.asp babies are more at risk of sleeping in a crib with bumpers or co-sleeping with a parent that rolls over on top of them.

I remember a couple seasons ago Green Bay's kicker slumped and everyone called for his head, but Mike McCarthy was super patient and let him work through it and now he's back to being a great field goal kicker. I understand that pressure and competition is fierce at the top, but it's always interesting to me which teams make changes quickly and which ones wait.

As someone who tried to teach them math when their parents and their teachers were falling short, it's hard!
