  4. Black Lives Matter

    Fuck pigs and this white washed world. Ugh Yeah, this a drive-by fuck this world post. As a PoC having dealt this, I'm almost 24/7 angry at this world we live in.

  6. Life

    You are now looking at the new associate edition of Milkfist! A lit mag that focuses on avant-garde, experimental, weird, surreal and horror short stories, poetry, photography and non-fictional stories. ;
  7. Idle Thumbs 234: Mister Neighbor

    Outlast is one of the very few games that pulled off the jump-scare correctly. I never know why there's buff dudes in dive bars in games. Have anyone of these people been to one? I've been to my fair share and trust me, there's barely buff dudes.
  8. Comics Extravaganza - Pow Bang Smash!

    <3 While I miss Stewart's color, the B&W really makes the comic and I think if it was in color it would have changed the atmosphere and the feel of the comic. What I mean by that this is A. I think a visual love letter to comics of the past, especially to Latin American comic strips. The final panel reminds of the great Hugo Pratt. Hell, I could see it in Corto Maltese. B. This comic takes place in during the Rubber Boom, it's golden years and I think it would have been weird for it to have been in color; we're moving into the past. I may be just weird, I'm used to seeing that past through B&W photography and that's how I see it. I know it's not, but my vision of it has been colored through what I've seen and how it's talked about. EDIT: Here's a Pratt as a reference
  9. Concept art from a new (presumably cancelled) ALIEN film

    Good. Blomkamp has been in a downhill slope since District 9 and his recon of Aliens 3 would have pissed me off. 3 is criminally underrated and I think they should just have a new character with history of the alien franchise looming over the new protagonist. Leave Ripely dead, I enjoyed her death I. 3
  10. Life

    Life's been busy. I'm now the assistant editor for my friend's magazine and will be for the online version of it too. My writing has halted. It ebbs and flows and I've learned to work with it and not worry about me not writing. On Paxil now and it has further leveled me out, but it decreases my sex drive and numbs my dick. It sucks ass, but oh well. Work as been great and I'm gaining a good rep as a tour guide. I'm a good narrator and educator. Maybe I should be a teacher or prof....

  14. Black Lives Matter

    I highly recommend listening to this episode of Reveal: https://www.revealnews.org/episodes/law-and-disorder-part-1/ Talks about cops in schools. Personally, I trust the fuckers as far as I can throw them.
  15. The Dancing Thumb (aka: music recommendations)

    Their new album was actually my first intro to Ducktails and I enjoyed. I think the album really picks up after the Interlude, I found those songs to be quite catchy and leaving me with smile on my face. And I danced to Medieval quite a bit too. In other song news: Can't stop dancing. Won't stop.
