Hmm, I can't figure out how to make structures work.
-
I'm not sure I can do it again. FTL and I have the most hateful yet addictive relationship.

Also, putting the tax money on free parking is a big reason why Monopoly games take four hours instead of an hour or two.
-
Yeah, but he takes the time to whip the money out of the way instead of just running through it. It just seems wierd.
-
I'm watching with the sound off at work, so maybe it's explained, but why is he jumping around like a moron and specifically avoiding picking up money?

I'll just have to put this in my lengthing list of things I recieved a key for that I forgot about completely. I'll have to give it a try tonight.

The Business Side of Video (Space) Games EXCLUSIVELY ON IDLE THUMBS

It's more appropriate to compare the Surface with ultra-books. I'm not sure if I really needed one, but having it has been nice, and I can play real (if somewhat old) games on it. The touch screen is a super cool Wacom model, which is cool because it saved us a few hundred not having to buy a new Wacom tablet for my wife. -
Quitter's Club: Don't be ashamed to quit the game.

Have you considered bringing in help to the Anor Londo boss fight? Many people would say that's the hardest fight in the game, but Soliare has a summon sign near the fog gate if you've kept up with his story up until now (make sure to talk to him repeatedly at the bonfire there in Anor Londo until he repeats the same thing.) Also, there's tons of people dropping co-op signs there, even know. -
I beat Pushmo this weekend. Well, mostly beat anyway. I looked at one hint because the stupid palm tree had me confused about specifically what jumps I was capable of, and I have 4 other puzzles I skipped, but I did beat the hardest one in the game, so I'll call that a win. It was fun, but I'd had quite enough of it by the time I was done.

My Kickstarter reminded popped up and reminded me to get in on this mere hours before it ended. I plugged in my code yet, but I haven't played at all.

Whichever console has the best online infrastructure will get my money, probably some time in the second quarter next year. At this point, i would guess that would be MS since they have a lot of history with online services, but I really hope that Sony surprises me.

Aren't all adults supposed to want to be teens again?
-
I guess the answer to that first question depends on how long it takes to install. If it's going to take an hour to install, I'll want to keep all my multi-player games installed because I don't want the delay to cause me to miss playing with friends. If it's 10 minutes, no big deal.
-
Sounders lost tonight, but I managed to tie on a few at a friend's expense so that's a win at least. I don't really drunk post all that bad, but take solace in the fact that it's taken me 5 minutes to type this.

Man, that bites. How long does it take to download and install 45gb? Fuck that.

I'd like a politics sim where Vetinari is incapacitated and you (as Drumknott) have to try and manage all the guilds, police forces, mages, etc.

Hardboard can warp pretty easily. It might be good to seal the backside of the board as well to make sure it doesn't absorb any moisture.

I've heard good things about Deponia.
-
Building them is half the fun.

Exactly, I hope that developers use the power either to flat out put more things on the screen (ala Dead Rising 3) or make things run silky smooth.

None, the plan is meant to help folks who don't have insurance. It doesn't benefit those of us who already have it very much.
-
That and Forza are pretty much the only launch games on the X1 that interest me. Unfortuantely, that's not enough to justify me picking up the console. Heck, I only recently beat DR2.

Ah, my premiums are something like $245 a month for two of us, so I definitely pay for the lower deductable, but I just don't want to have to stress about it.
-
I'm still not sold on the HSA/high deductable insurance concept. Of course you only hear about the bad stuff, but I've known a few people that got hit with major medical expenses right when starting up their HSA, and not having enough money to cover.
-
Deductable is the amount you have to pay before you get any coverage at all (with exceptions for preventative care and other types of services depending on your insurance carrier) % Coverage is the the percentage of the total bill your insurance covers after the deductible has been paid by you buy before you've hit the out-of-pocket max. All of this is complicated by whether a specific provider is "in network" which is the dumbest concept ever.
