I don't like spiced rums, so I generally avoid Kraken and Capt. Morgan's. My go-to is Mount Gay, they have both a white and a dark and both are good.

That's a shame. I didn't see this particular portion of the stream, but Jason's wife and Samantha Kalman seemed to be hitting it off earlier in the stream. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and not hidden prejudices. To be honest, I've met Samantha a couple of times and I never really knew any of her history. Sentris is awesome.

Spacebase released today, which is cool, and it comes with a copy of Hack'n'Slash which is very cool (unless you already own both I guess.) Tonight I'll sit down and play this for the first time since it first hit early access. Edit: I might even stream it

I loved the way that the different classes chained together and how you could have a really bad roll and end up being a beggar or a rat catcher or something.

I played 90 hours of Freedom Unite and now 20 hours of Three Ultimate only having played around 5 multiplayer missions. It's still quite fun. The key is to just play a few missions at a time. If you sit and try and binge on it, your brain will melt. Also, keep good notes, and don't play one of the archer/gun classes.

I imagine it has to do with alcohol policies. After having a truly lousy time middle school, I ended up home-schooling for the first two years and then Running Start for the last two. While I know some of the folks around high school, I haven't seen most of them since 7th grade so I don't know if there would really be a point to going to a reunion. It would be pretty awesome to have a community college reunion from my Running Start days, but it would be near impossible to plan one since everyone was pulling different class loads, widely differing ages, and odd graduation dates.

*sigh* I'm still very tempted, though I could stand to not spend the money.

Do you have the new Deus Ex: HR: Director's Cut? Supposedly, it completely reworks the boss battles to ensure you can't get stuck in the same way. I haven't gotten that far in it myself, so I can't guarantee anything.

Yeah, my wife bought an XL when they first came out and it was our first 3DS so I didn't really know how much of a hassle the transfer is. The screens on the XL are barely big enough to play Monster Hunter on, I always feel like I'm looking through a submarine portal or something. I can't imagine trying it on a regular 3DS.

You're making me want to watch it again, when I already have to re-watch Twin Peaks and I can barely keep up with the two TV shows I actually watch as they come out.

For some reason I bounced off Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate when it first came out after spending a ton of time with Monster Hunter Freedom Unite on PSP. Recently a couple of friends have been talking about buying Monster Hunter 4 on 3ds next year, so I dusted off MH3. In a slightly related note, I no longer have any free time and am considering hiding under my desk to play at work.

The problem with it is that it's a hashtag. By design, anyone can use it. If they really want to talk about game journalism ethics, they need to create a website and do some real journalism themselves.
