Pretty sure you mean asocial? Anti-social behaviour is pretty clearly harmful/disruptive to society as it typically refers to criminal activity, manipulation and similar behaviours rather than an individual being less sociable than others. As for cartoons, it's been a long time since I've been able to follow any. I do remember very much enjoying Adventure Time for the duration I followed that, but I can't even remember where I left off. Finding that point again seems like an annoying task considering the weird way that the episodes were ordered when I saw them. Is Steven Universe something similar?

The Business Side of Video (Space) Games EXCLUSIVELY ON IDLE THUMBS
Apelsin replied to Henroid's topic in Video Gaming
In keeping with the way of "rebooting" series using the name of the original product (á la Thief or Tomb Raider) Nintendo should just call their upcoming new console the NES. -
Does anyone here have any experience recording vocals? I've got a microphone and some recording software, but I'm at a bit of a loss with regards to actually setting things up "correctly". The small tests I've run so far always end up with my vocal recordings peaking like crazy as soon as I put any force behind my voice.

While I certainly agree that being alone and not really caring is very comfortable (This is the state I am currently and, except for a period of about one month, always have been in) I must say that dating was much more exciting.

Yes, I am originally from the Gothenburg area. They've been having some consistency problems for a couple of years (usually playing quite well during the regular season, but getting ousted in the first round of the playoffs) and the trend seemed to continue this year. But now they've seem to have found their way again, luckily. I've not watched many of their games either (or the Gothenburg football teams either for that matter). Never been much of a person to go to these kinds of events before, at times because of a lack of funds, at other times for a lack of people to go with and, just as you, just not quite feeling like it. After the game on Friday though, my interest has been piqued. If they manage to fight their way past Luleå, I will have to go see another of their play off games this year. My father is not very obviously interested in sports. When there's a world championship or Olympics going he'll switch on the TV and watch it, almost regardless of what sport it actually is, but he has never really displayed that kind of interest in any specific teams or leagues in the world. While we certainly caught some of the public broadcasts of our hometown hockey team, my interest in hockey comes almost exclusively from having access to the NHL games from a very young age.

I... I still don't understand.

The playoffs in the Swedish Hockey League are in full swing, and as the Sharks are playing terribly in the NHL I am paying way more attention to my hometown team. After a bad start, going down 1-3 in games against their opponent, they've now won the last two games in Sudden death to force a final 7th game at our home arena. If they can complete this comeback I will be so happy. Sad part is that if we manage to go on and win even more, the NHL will just steal away all our good players for next season :/

Never actually listened to Svampriket, but there's also Overkligt (http://overkligt.se/) which looks at games, movies and TV. Sometimes has some nice guests from varying fields (including Brothers creator Josef Fares who is a friend of the hosts) from all of these fields. When it comes to non-video game podcasts I mostly listen to radio programs from Swedish radio. My favourite there is Institutet (http://sverigesradio.se/sida/default.aspx?programid=4131) which focuses on science stuff that the hosts have found interesting/funny. One of the hosts has quite a regional dialect (Skåne), which might make him slightly harder to understand if you are unfamiliar with that dialect.

Wizard Jam - Idle Thumbs Game Jam Interest Gauge / Chit Chat corner

This is really cool. I am, however, quite busy with a bunch of projects involving other folks at the moment so I'm not sure that I could actually steal away two weeks. -
I went out today and ran for the first time in probably 5 years. New shoes with proper support and dampening which feel really comfortable to run in, compared to how I used to just go running in whatever shoes I was using for gym class at the time. Ended up covering about 5km in just under 30 minutes of running, jogging and some walking whenever my lack of endurance started making itself known. Felt really good afterwards. More physically exhausted than I've been in a long time, sweating all over the place and slight cramps in my calves but I still felt really nice. Let's see if I can make a habit out of this. In relation to this: Does anyone have running music to recommend (I realize that this goes against the advice that Danielle posted just above, but I live in a small town where traffic is very light)?

Was that a Tim and Eric video? -
After working several years as a tester I'm now to take over a much larger role in the company. While this is tremendously exciting, it's also quite nerve-wracking. It's suddenly a whole lot of extra responsibility and expectations leveled at me that I didn't have before. It's started quite well so far though! How are things going for you Chris?

The only thing I noticed was the tutorials were super broken. It would ask you to press Continue to move on to the next section, but then immediately start playing the audio for that next section. This meant that when you pressed the continue button you skipped a section you haven't actually heard yet. Other than that, I quite like it. I'm still screwing things up in my campaign though. Will need to start over.

A friend of mine has used LibSyn for many years now and he says that the above is pretty much how it works. Unless you want to change the amount of data you're allowed each month, the rate should be the same. If you want to increase, or decrease for that matter, the amount of data you're allowed you are charged an extra fee on top of the new monthly rate. I asked him about the backlog, but he was not aware of any extra fees for having many episodes. Of course there's a chance that his podcast never released quite as many episodes as Patrick's.

I'm thinking about it, I just need to figure out what motif I'd want

I just purchased this in a nostalgia-fueled stupor. When I last played this I was maybe 9-10 years old, so it was really too hard for me and internet was not yet quite a thing so I never tried the multiplayer either. Is anyone else going to try this out?

There's a campaign for this? Figured it would just be "Sports!"
