Honestly one of my craziest runs ever. I screw up so hard so early on.

Man, what a crazy run. I screwed up early on, wasting all my bombs and ropes and accidentally angering a shopkeeper, only to make it all the way to Olmec by the skin of my teeth. So of course, it's the run where I decided I was too tired to record my voice and just decided to play a podcast in the background instead.

Nicki Minaj is a great rapper (honestly) but she gets no credit because 1. sexism stuff but more importantly 2. half the songs on any given Nicki Minaj album are just Radio Disney Katy Perry type stuff (which, I have to admit, I often like quite a bit). If she fully committed to her crazy, she'd be twice as popular but maybe a tenth as rich. Listen to Roman Holiday, Roman's Revenge, Hov Lane, Stupid Hoe, Come On A Cone and I Am Your Leader.

I imagine he will instantly aggro, because he's already pacing with his shotgun the same way shopkeepers are in their shops after you've killed one.

Kanye is maybe the most interesting artist working in pop music today, but he's never been all that great a rapper. Don't know what "makes rap feel authentic with his skill as a producer/mixer" means, though.

It had the death trap from a couple weeks ago with that spike/arrow combo on 1-1, but other than that it wasn't too bad. I just made a dumb play while trying to kill all the shopkeepers in the black market.

That article is definitely one of his best. Possession (1981): When I tell you that this is a horror film titled "Possession", keep in mind the word's most commonly used definitions. This is a domestic melodrama heightened to the hallucinatory. A nightmarish vortex of jealousy and resentment, where time seems to circle forever in the most painful moments of a break-up. Which doesn't sound like a good time, and probably is not, but it is also dazzlingly shot and manages to be bleak and weary while consistently surprising you. You simultaneously never have any idea what will happen next and know everything that is happening will keep happening, forever. Most movies that attempt to erode audience emotionally end up feeling tedious. There is no way you could call Possession tedious. It's too weird. Can't reccommend it enough.

Beat Olmec on a Daily for the first time! Mostly I'm amazed I was able to beat the ice caves without a cape, jetpack, or ropes.

Oh yeah, I think it's more vital than spike shoes. If you don't have a compass, having a cape and climbing gloves combo works too, because if you reach the bottom and you're on the wrong side, you can climb up the wall and glide back to the other side.

I understand the choice, I just think it's a poor one. The whole comic premise of the show is that he delivers surreal and alarming news as if it didn't occur to him that it's surreal and alarming. The humor comes largely from the juxtaposition. The G-Man voice hurts that.

Community radio station hosts do not sound like Christopher Walken on Halloween, generally.

Yep! Also, I think the host is pretty bad. He delivers...lines in such a...stilted and...IDIOSYNCRATIC way. I think it's the exact wrong approach. They should be playing things straight, but he sounds more like the G-Man than a local radio host. I kind of want to support it just on the basis that it's obvious they are one of the try -hardingest podcasts to try hard, and I think more podcasts should put in this level of effort. But I tire of the unanimous praise it gets.

Whoa, your little hop over the ghost's head on 1-2 was remarkable. And we were devoured by the same plant. Again, I'd love to see some percentages on how many people died in what way, because the worm tongue near the plant makes it a secret menace.
